For a truly unique & intimate experience this is the best kept secret downtown...well actually, in all of Vegas. You only want to go on a night that Spadoni is playing piano. His energy, quick wit & banter, not to mention his incredible musical talent, are what brought this room full of 10 people or less together. Before he started playing the rules felt confining (each person must stay in their seat, no roaming to intermingle or flirt with other guests, no cell phones or photos, no high fives). I get it & am not knocking the rules (the experience depends on them) I'm just saying that once he played we all started singing together, interacting & opening up. He can literally play any song that you might request and from any genre. He throws in commentary or changes the lyrics or delivery slightly in the most clever and comedic ways. Spadoni is a truly impressive artist.
The decor and history of the speakeasy are what also make this spot unlike any other. The attention to detail that the person who dreamed this place up is intriguing, I just want to wander around inside that person's mind for a day. Just ask the hostess, bartender Anthony or Spadoni to tell you about the history, decor & images on the walls. Definitely take a trip to the washroom & look for the framed cross stitch on the wall for a giggle. And also be daring and try the savory popcorn. I can’t even get into the perfection of the craft cocktails that Anthony will make for you! Whether you choose from the menu or just tell him a flavor profile...Anthony is a Spirits Wizard & also easy on the eyes.
This is the place you want to take that special someone, or even a client that you are trying to impress with an outing that is thoughtful & unique; this is an experience like no other. Go in for at least one drink to start off your night, or stay for hours...either way you will find yourself raving about this spot for weeks and months after.
Really was worth it.
Perfect end to a nice evening out. I didn't notice anything unclean or any bugs. It was a small room with a nice atmosphere.
The custom cocktails were great.

Six little apothecary bottles and three bottles of liquor later, that's exactly what I got.
Great vibes and awesome atmosphere. The live dj/guitar player was killing it. Happy hour from 7-9 was an unbelievable deal with 4 dollar well drinks. As the space filled in, it got really cozy yet it wasn't too loud. I highly recommend it!

I had so much fun here, I always go to the roof especially during Latin nights. Malik is always there, he makes the waiting smooth and easy. My friends and I go there so often. We've gotten a table before and he redirected us and said if we had any questions or concerns to go to him. He really does above and beyond, best customer service from him. He really just be vibing and smiling.
This was one of my staples as a Vegas local!
Loved it while I was in college there and definitely the place to be on a Friday or Saturday in Vegas. This place has the best bouncer! They are all really funny specifically Malik 😁

I can’t with the people commenting here.
Someone commented “the worst nightclub experience I ever had”. First of all, this is not a nightclub - It’s a BAR. Second, no one dances on the “dance floor”. I’m glad security stopped you 😂 saved you from being on social media.
Someone else commented that “she hated this place” because she could hear the music from her hotel room 😂 if your hotel is not properly built, don’t blame this bar for it. This is Las Vegas. You chose the wrong city.
Someone claiming they stole their credit card and commented on two different accounts. Bar owner responded to their comments. And I would agree with their response, customers never mentioned the credit card getting overcharged. Takes a few clicks to block the card and most banks will protect you from fraudulent charges. It’s not worth it to get fired or penalized for stealing some kids credit card.
Last but not least, the one where his brother had a drink. Your “little brother” is 17. Be glad they let him in!! 😂😂😂

Malik @ the front door is one of the most genuine security commonwealth has, he always keeps his cool, keeps the line moving in a timely manner, handles situations professionally I’ve never seen him get out of character. I know it’ll be a good night when he’s around!!
This is a great venue as it has an inside downstairs area and an outside upstairs area both with their own DJs playing most of the time.
This place has one of the best ambiances in the Old DTLV area. Chic, loungy feel. Old school touch, great decor, sweet rooftop. Amazing view. This is my go-to place when I visit Vegas.
Was invited to a private event at Commonwealth and it didn't disappoint. A couple of bars downstairs and one upstairs. The rooftop is awesome where we were able to drink and have a cigar. The old town atmosphere is awesome and being able to people watch from the rooftop was great. Stopping by here with friends is sure to be a good time. You'll like it I guarantee it!
Cool place to get a drink and hangout with friends. Good prices way cheaper then on the strip. When we visited there was a DJ playing at the rooftop. So you even had some live music and that was nice. We didn't had to play any entry fee, maybe that depends.
A creative and lively location that's inviting, warm and spacious. A definite stop for anyone visiting Fremont street. As soon as you walk in you enter into a cavernous space that is lined with comfortable seating and enough space to nagivate around without bumping into others.
The bartenders are knowledgeable and kind and serve as quickly as they can, depending on the crowd size. Really enjoyed the experience and look forward to coming back
