Fried green beans were very flavorful and hot. Loved the spring rolls! They were very fresh and light with the yummy peanut sauce served with it. Five spice beef soup was really good. I wasn't a big fan on the noodles that come in it, maybe next time I'd substitute a different one. Spicy shrimp wok was very good. Fresh and full of flavor. We love sitting at the bar to watch the food art be made!

8 Noodle House at Red Rock Casino: A Culinary Oasis of Unstoppable Flavors** Nestled within the vibrant tapestry of Red Rock Casino, 8 Noodle House is more than just a dining destination; it's an immersive culinary experience that captures the essence of Cantonese cuisine. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warm and inviting ambiance that permeates the space. The restaurant's décor is simple yet elegant, with dark wood accents and sleek lines that create a cozy atmosphere that feels more like a gathering in a familiar kitchen than a restaurant in a bustling casino. As I perused the menu, I was immediately drawn to the Beef Chow Fun, a Cantonese classic I had heard so much about. The dish was excellent. The artful stir-frying of tender beef, knife-cut noodles, scallions, ginger, and bean sprouts resulted in a harmonious dance of flavors that satisfied me. The dish's simplicity was paired with the precision in its execution, speaking volumes about the culinary prowess at 8 Noodle House. The side of steamed white rice, a perfect complement, added a layer of comfort to the culinary journey. Each bite was a delight, resonating with the authenticity of dim sum favorites, and the dish effortlessly achieved that elusive balance of texture and taste. But what truly sets 8 Noodle House apart is the exceptional staff. From the dedicated chef to the attentive waiter and gracious hostess, the team contributes to an environment that is warm, welcoming, and familial. The exchange of positive feedback and the palpable sense of camaraderie among the staff create an ambiance that transcends the conventional dining experience. The staff at 8 Noodle House goes beyond their roles as culinary artisans; they become pillars of emotional support, infusing each interaction with genuine warmth. The sense of belonging fostered by their friendly demeanor transforms the dining experience into a celebration of exceptional food and human connection. To witness such mind-blowing culinary energy emanating from a modest food court-like setting within a casino is nothing short of extraordinary. 8 Noodle House defies expectations, proving that culinary brilliance knows no boundaries, even within the confines of a bustling entertainment hub. In the heart of Red Rock Casino, 8 Noodle House is more than just a restaurant; it's a haven of unstoppable flavors, a culinary sanctuary where the Beef Chow becomes gateways to an unforgettable gastronomic journey. The friendly staff and the familial atmosphere elevate the dining experience, transforming it into a cherished ritual. 8 Noodle House is not just a place to savor remarkable dishes; it's a destination that captures the essence of home, inviting patrons to indulge in the extraordinary amidst the vibrant energy of the casino.

In A Nutshell: -8 Noodle Bar always has a great selection of Asian food. -I really enjoy their salt & pepper chicken wings, they are very crispy & served w/ fresh grilled onions & spicy peppers. -Another go-to dish is their Pad Thai Chicken dish, which you can order w/ brown rice for a healthier touch. -It's best to grab a seat if you see the restaurant slow b/c it can get crowded very quickly due to the limited seating & popularity. Overall, this is a great Asian restaurant that has some good choices of food from ramen, to pho, to spring rolls & shaken beef.

Overall: 4.5/5 (dine in) Pua was our server who had great energy and loves work as well as interacting with customers. She's nice & has chill vibes since she's from Hawaii. We were seated at the bar so we got to see the chefs cooking and preparing all the meals. It was really fascinating to watch while we waited. Our food came out quicker than expected since they were packed for lunch on a Friday. The drinks are made from the bar next door and were really good! Tranquilitea ($13): This is made of Ketel One Citroen Vodka, Mint Verbena Tea, Jasmine Honey, & Lemon. I love all the ingredients in this drink, and the ratio was perfect. Make sure to drink it before the ice melts though or else it can start tasting watered down. Toki Old Fashion ($13): One of the best Old Fashion we had. My husband loved it. Pork Belly Bun ($9): This was better than the crispy duck bun but pretty average in general. The pork belly doesn't really stand out and is masked but the hoisin sauce. Crispy Duck Bun ($9): The crispy duck was very dry and not juicy or flavorful. Shrimp Toast ($10): This was very interesting to try but I wouldn't get it again. I like the concept but it wasn't executed well. The shrimp was way overcooked. I do like that they cut the toast in 2 for you though. Crispy Green Bean ($10): These green beans were fire! Best thing we ate for lunch which is surprising, even to us! The beans were fried perfectly, and each bean wasn't fully coated in batter. They put the right amount of sauce as well. My husband - who doesn't like vegetables - ate half the plate because it was that good! It's also Pua's favorite so you won't regret trying it :)

I’m a huge fan of this cuisine and with all the options at Red Rock, this was the first place for me to dine at on my trip. The shishito peppers are delicious but needed more salt. I opted for soy sauce. Be careful though- they are spicy! The duck bao buns were the star of the meal. I could have eaten 4 plates of them. Finished the meal with brisket pho and added grilled pork to it. It was yummy but the broth was a tad bland. Was expecting a more bold flavor. Even after adding plenty of sauces, it was still a 7.5 out of 10. I’d go back just for the bao buns but maybe try something else as my entree.

Great location in Red Rock Casino with a view of the slot machines. Neat, clean, bright and airy. They have counter seating where you can view the chefs. It's trendy. Customer service was great. The pho with brisket was delicious. Broth was not salty. Prices were moderate.

The food is good. I've been eating the Spicy Shrimp bowl. Then get a side order of sweet n sour sauce to pour over it and it tastes really good. Pho w beef and shrimp is good as well. Some Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese and various noodle dishes. The service and wait staff is adequate and friendly.

We eat here every chance we get. We've tried almost everything on the menu. Everything is cooked fresh, prepared perfectly, seasoned perfectly, and served hot. The customer service is always friendly and professional. The noodle dishes and rice dishes are a bowl full. Nothing's left out.
