I was looking for something hot after an event. There were not many of the options for me. My brother and I wanted hot pot. Coming from Chicago, we have hot pot everywhere. The food was delicious and service was fast. The min the server put the order in, the meat are out in sec. Sushi took a little longer but it was still very quick. I did not expect that. Staff was friendly over all a great experience. I took 1 star out due to limited selections. Yes it might be just us being spoiled by the hot pot places in Chicago.
The food was good, with many choices of meat and veggies. The sauce station had various sauces, and you can make your own concoction. Service was okay since they were pretty busy. They did clear out empty dishes/trays on your table pretty fast.
For the number of tables in this place, the restaurant is pretty small. When you have two people walking in the aisle going opposite directions, one person will have to move aside to let the other pass.
The atmosphere was a bit chaotic- well, not chaotic, but it was really busy. People were walking in and out. People standing around blocking doorways and walking paths. Workers working to clear tables and tend to tables.
I would suggest having a stationary person at the front register. We stayed at the front for more than 5 minutes to pay. We could have simply walked off without notice, but we are not that type of people.
Love the soup. The meat was nice and liked the vegetable bar there. The chairs were long benches and could be a bit annoying if the people sitting on the other side of the table wants to move. Bathroom door for mens side also needs to be fixed.
Baby avocado had fun though, until a fly landed on him.
