I came here after a Buddhist meeting with my pals and I absolutely loved it! Hand-made noodles in the house beef noodle soup were tender, scrumptious and delightfully divine (see 5th pic)! The broth was so flavorful, interesting, and spicy, too. I didn’t like the texture or the cut of the thick beef slices in the house beef noodle soup, though - they tasted dry and felt tough, gristly and fatty/chewy - the beef was my only complaint. My friend from Taiwan said that cut of beef is common in authentic Chinese noodle soups - I just didn’t care for it. The rest of the soup was so delicious and flavorful. I enjoyed the fresh green onions and beautifully green and tender bok choy so I would totally return. I will just order a different protein, next time.
I also LOVED the spicy pork dumplings with hot and sweet chilli paste that our other friend ordered (see 1st photo) - I could order two of those and pig out. Try a few entrees and see for yourself!
First time eating Mian was the Honolulu location and it was so good my wife and I went twice. Then saw this spot in Las Vegas, thus had to go! Was on point and delicious as expected! 😃
Got the tomato beef stew(?) noodles, non spicy dish, was just right for me.
I’m originally from Chengdu and to find such authentic and nice hometown food in Las Vegas during a trip exceeded my expectations.
I had a few small dishes I miss because I had dinner #1 from another restaurant. They did not disappoint.
