I would have given them zero stars if that were an option. I visited this location on Tuesday, 18 July on my way to a show. One of the baristas, Jade, made my drink and neglected to hold the drink properly. She spilled a 20 Oz drink of coffee and milk on the counter and my dress. My bright white and blue dress was stained with coffee. She didn’t even offer a genuine apology and offered an insincere apology. We stayed cool and just wanted to get our drink and change clothes before our show. She made us that drink plus an additional black coffee we ordered. We immediately left when we received both our drinks. Few minutes later, as we were drinking the coffee, we realized coffee was Luke warm. This was extremely disrespectful considering the amount of money they charge for a black coffee. We returned to the store to exchange coffee and get a hot one. This was extremely inconvenient and undue burden. We asked for her name so we can speak to the manager; however she refused to give us her name. Finally, we asked to speak with her supervisor, Terrance Walker. He nonchalantly apologized and didn’t even offer to compensate our inconvenience unlike any other Starbucks I have been to. This is prime example of an unprofessional team and we won’t return to this location anymore.
