Walking in here for the first time I noticed the lovely decor, cute paper flowers hanging from the ceiling, the large comfy booths and the word vegan listed on the wall with all the other things they offer.
Our waitress was an effecient, sweet young woman. We ordered quite a bit of food since there was 5 of us, 4 of us vegan. There was a little mix up with our drinks but it was resolved quickly.
They offer so much for vegans including enchiladas, burritos and other traditional Mexican cuisine. They also have a taco Tuesday that you can get veganized as well.
The food came out quickly as well. I ordered the loaded french fries with beer battered avocado. Omg it was so good!
The prices are a bit higher here but they give you good portions and awesome food.
Best vegan Mexican food in Vegas, hands down!! Love seeing an authentic place with a vegan menu. We ordered the veggie asada fries and enchilada verdes with pablano-zucchini. It looked amazing and tasted even better. Customer service was superb as well. We will definitely be returning in the near future.
Great food. Literally the best vegan food around 😋 it reopened Dec 2 under new management and is bomb. I'm from out of state so was a place o came back to eat a second time
Their vegan mushroom tacos were good. The rice and beans were super tasty. The service was great. Very friendly employees. Definitely will be visiting again.
Great Mexican restaurant... the service is really good. The food was really good as well. They treated us like we were guest in their home. We will be back for sure. 7 of us ate and the bill was only around 100 bucks.. prices are good as well.
Food was absolutely delicious! You can tell that it is hand made. The tomatillo sauce was to die for! The flan the best I've ever had and I don't like flan. Owner and staff were so nice and pleasant. The place was cozy and clean. Beautifully decorated.
The new brunch menu is amazing, waffles and pancakes are delicious if you know what is Mazapán y Gansito ve y pruébalos!!

I love that they ask if you want a vegan menu or the non vegan menu right off the bat! This place truly delivers on taste, quality, quantity and value. The pictures online looked incredible but often the food doesn't stand up to its photo shoot. .. not the case at all with Pancho's! The fried avocado blew me away. A mouth watering, creative twist to the traditional Mexican food fare that you love!!

I'm not a huge lover of Mexican food but my hubby loves it so we randomly decided to give this place a try! Oh. My. Gosh!!!!!! I'm a convert!! They have a divided kitchen so that nothing is contaminated with meat/dairy etc (already a winner if you're strict vegan!) .... the elote corn thing was so good I ordered another!!!!

Pancho's Kitchen is excellent. The food is fresh never frozen. The owner is extremely nice. I've been here so many times and they never disappoint. Only problem is that they close at 4pm but it's my understanding that they will be extending their hours soon. Got to go get you some...
Went there for the first time after seeing so many great reviews. I ordered the vegan chilaquiles with potato’s, beer battered avocado taco and I believe it was vegan al pastor taco as well. I ordered some regular fries to go as well. the vegan original michelada with modelo. First of all, the cashier was super helpful and nice. She recommended I get potatoes and she was not wrong. Super filling and flavorful.
Food was flavorful, great service, clean place and restaurant. They have a huge vegan menu and huge regular menu. I will definitely come back. So many choices and their green salsa is so good.
Really good authentic Mexican cuisine. Our food was made from scratch so it took a little while but worth it. The aguas frescas were good too. I dont like mine to sweet and waitress made it just perfect. Realty nice waitress and the owner sent over tres leches pancakes without charge bc he wanted us to try them as they are promoting new items. Very friendly man, he chatted with us for a bit. Turns out they have a sister restaurant closer to us, so we be checking out that location. Check them out when you can!
