Pizza line had very little pizza... Alfredo, Alfredo with spinach, pepperoni alfredo, and the flatbread, but only about half a pan at a time. Pizza was undercooked in the center. Cinnamon rolls were raw in the center. Don't know what happened. All my prior visits were good as this was the gold standard for high quality and selection, but this last visit was very disappointing. Fix your ovens, run both of them simultaneously, you don't need two people taking orders, one will suffice, use your staff to make food.
This location is amazing and makes all other ones look bad !!! This location is soo clean and the staff is on point !!! Silverware container was empty and as soon as the staff was made aware they ran to get more . The entire salad bar and buffet was full!! Other locations your lucky to find 2 pizzas and don’t even think about desserts !! Everything was soo clean it was very impressive!! 6 STARS!! Highly recommended and hats off to the staff !!!
I've always liked Cici's and seen this location near Walmart so we went. This was probably the cleanest and neatest store I've been to. An employee picks up the dirties, they don't have trashcans for the food or plates which was cool, keeps the store front cleaner, never seen that at another cici's. Their cold bar was fresh, the pasta too. Soda fountain space was clean,, no sticky soda in sight. The pizza was fresh for the most part ( we went a little after the lunch rush so some pizzas were older) the ones I liked were old. The BBQ one and the cinnamon rolls were crunchy and over done so I didn't have any and they'd just put them out sooo someone wasn't watching them. Nothing really special so 4 stars for a usual visit at a pizza buffet.
