On 10/8 I visited this location and Desiree waited on me. She was the friendliest and most attentive person! When I first arrived it was just myself and a coworker and Desiree made us feel like we were friends. While we were there more people came in and she didn’t miss a beat with any of the customers in the shop. We got our goodies and left. I unknowingly left my wallet in the shop, and on 10/9 the manger, Tiffany, found me via social media to notify me. She was so kind and honest about finding my wallet. Had she not reached out, I would have not known my wallet was missing until I was ready to go home. These ladies both went above and beyond in the customer service… and the product tasted GREAT also!! 😊 I would recommend this location to ANYONE!
The ladies in there were very nice. My only complaint is I couldn't get any due to NONE BEING SUGAR-FREE. Needless to say we won't return until they offer sugar-free. I have a large family due to all the Grands. That's a big loss in $. Our family only goes places that ALL of us can get something. Ohanna (Nobody left behind)
Ms. Tiffany had made a cake for my middle child 19 bday just passed on December 9 and the cake was beautiful and amazing 🤩
There was only one person working. The line was to the door. Thankfully, everyone in line was patient. I asked the one worker why she was working alone, and she told me the girl that was supposed to come at 3 was not there, nor was she answering her phone. The one girl working was doing a great job handling the place all by herself. She definitely deserves a raise. The ice cream wasn't frozen that well. It melted way too fast.
Very well pleased with the friendliness and cleanliness of the place. Very attentive workers and a short wait time. Wish I would've came earlier they ran out of cheesecake ice cream :(, but I had a carrot cake shake to make up for it and it was wonderful.
Yummy flavors. Dairy free options. Fresh cookies and cakes. Clean. Smells great. Manager Tiffany is amazing. More than enough toppings and cone varieties.
Friendly staff with a huge selection of ice cream and toppings. There is a cookie store portion in the front and they will even mix those into the ice cream for you.
I always love taking my son here . It have been a big thing that we do when my parents come down . They are always so friendly and kind . It is always clean . The last time i went there a really nice lady helped make my sons day with icecream that tasted like a cake pop and my coffee was amazing . I always look forward to coming here ❤ we will always keep coming back . Thank you for helping us make awesome memories and having a cookie cake for my 2 year old . I will definitely be getting another one this year for his 3rd birthday 🎂
My son has 2 allergies, the lady working was super nice & made sure his ice cream didn't come in contact with his allergiens. She was super nice & understanding! Ice cream & service were both great!!
Excellent service and ice cream. Made to order just the way you like it. Any mix-ins you want.
The flavors were delicious. The parking lot is good. Hard to see from the main road. Right next to the fitness center. 🤪
