My wife and I were visiting the area for the weekend and wanted steamed crabs in the worst way. We Decided at the last minute to try Beaches. All right can say is WOW!!! What a find. The crabs were absolutely amazing, and at a portion of the price of the Crab Shack down the street. The crabs were steamed and seasoned perfectly. We were there close to closing time but the owners made sure to really take care of us. As a matter of fact, the entire staff did too. If you’re looking for good seafood with reasonable prices, give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We have eaten at Beaches several times and have never had a bad meal. The owners,Don and Lori, could not be more professional or friendly. They are new entrepreneurs to the restaurant business and have had some hiccups along the way with some of their staffing needs but they are working hard to smooth out the kinks. You will be hard pressed to find better prices for delicious seafood in the area or more dedicated owners who are determined to make their restaurant one of the best!

Simply put....soooo GOOD! The food was perfect! Best crab cakes I have ever had, shrimp was cooked perfectly, and the crabby fries are a must! The service was also wonderful, and the owner even spoiled my daughters a little! This Virginia girl will be coming back every time we visit!
