I called in the order to pickup. Instead of curbside, I went through the drive-thru to get my order. It seemed easier than curbside. Pleasant staff when placing my order and it was prepared as describe. No issues at all. Love the salad bread bowl.
My daughter and I visited with our sole objective to procure one of the Valentine's heart cookies. Alas, when we arrived, there did not appear to be any Valentine's heart cookies in the front display. However, I did ask one of the store associates if any were in stock and she apologized and said they had none left. However, the other store associate (I did not get her name, but she appeared to be of South Asian/Middle Eastern descent and she was wearing a head covering), told us to wait to see if there were any cookies left in the back. To our delight, this lovely angel brought us TWO Valentine's heart cookies! She went above and beyond to make my daughter's day!
I went in to Panera this past Sunday, and to be honest everything was pretty okay. I wasn’t super impressed UNTIL their employee Jordan helped me have a GREAT experience. I was talking him at the to go kiosk and I had a problem with my order. No one else but him was around to help. Not only did he resolve my problem by remaking the food BETTER THAN WHAT I ORDERED. He helped carry my food to my car in the bitter cold. They need more people like him! He’s a handsome young man.
