First time ever in, the place was super clean, staff very friendly and the food was absolutely fantastic. 1/2 was some of the best I ever had, ribs were great, and sides were amazing. The food came out super hot and fresh as well. I’ll definitely be back!
I had left a poor review earlier complaining about the quality and freshness of the chicken, the owner Chef Alex when I came in personally apologized and made the food fresh for me and personally. He explained again that the condensation with the food is quick to happen when it’s boxed up. He made it up to me greatly with a warm and fresh offering and invited me to take a seat and eat inside his restaurant. The atmosphere was really nice and modern with superb cleanliness. The chicken gyro 🥙 was beyond my expectations this time. I apologize for even beginning to compare his chicken to chik-fil-A it’s an absolute disservice. I’ll look forward to coming here more often and dining in the future , and sharing this wonderful place with my family and friends !
Food was mostly really good, mashed potatoes were ok, I should’ve gotten a baked potato I think and the overall would’ve been better. Very reasonably priced for the amount of food that you get, and pretty quick from order to table.
I've tried others but Broosters has the best broasted chicken around,delicious,also the sides are good especially the green beans are awesome.

The food is fresh and taste great. The owner is awesome. Glad to see this restaurant up and running again after the fire. The customer service is awesome and you actually get to meet the owner. Kudos to an excellent place to have lunch or dinner. Thank you
So glad I found this place! It was exactly what I needed for the last meal of my trip to the area. Something fresh and healthy, after a long weekends worth of heavier Chicago staples (Portillo’s, Lou Malnati’s, etc). These guys flat out do it right here. Will be a regular stop on my future trips visiting friends and family. I had the chicken on a stick with rice and green beans, and a slice of toast. It would be so tempting to get this next time, but I can tell that anything here would be delicious, so I’ll probably try something new. Atmosphere is casual, clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!!
Been going here for almost 20 years, nothing else compares. Love the Texas toast and the chicken is like no other! A must have if you're in the area.
I moved to Arizona and every time I come back to visit Chicago, I stop by and enjoy a whole chicken to myself 😁
Great place for steak, ribs, and grilled chicken. Great prices too. It's a very casual dining place. So there's no need to dress up to go there.
Food is well prepared. I ordered chicken inside the restaurant that was succulent and juicy. I ordered a steak to go that was solidly prepared. It is self service with no frills but a decent value for the money.
The employees make you feel welcomed..the food is healthy Roasted chicken ,& Greens beans are our favorites. So far no restaurant beat Broosters green beans healthy and soooo good. also Ordered Shish kabobs and rice to take home. Steak was tenor😋
