I love the staff at this location! I usually ask for dark meat but there's no way to tell them that when I order online. So I pull up after they have my order bagged up and ready to go and they still switch it out for dark meat 🥰🥰 this location is so excellent thank youuuuuu!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰
Walter is amazing manager and serves fresh hot food always. I will go out of my way to come here every time. This location gets it right.
I gotta say, I only came for the beignets and it was different from the traditional but it’s Popeyes, like fast food what u expect. That said, they’re fire none the less. Hot, crispy, greasy, sweet, chewy, chocolatey, such an intensely rich experience. I especially loved how as you eat it the gooey warm brown substance comes out of the crusty, yet supple and sweet hole.

This Popeyes in Illinois was so far the BEST we have gone to. They had fresh cooked food on hand and the customer service was amazing. Staff was so nice and polite. Compared to the one we have in Saginaw, MI, ours in Saginaw is horrible and we realized there are so many places here in Illinois that take pride in the food they serve and this Popeyes was one of them. I can even say the fries were fresh and not soggy refried fries and the biscuits were SO soft and warm.
I like the deal that they have on Monday get 10 pieces of chicken legs and thighs for 10 dollars, other than that they are a bit pricey 😕

This Popeye’s has great service and fresh hot food. I had the chicken nuggets, Cajun fries, biscuit and drink. The employee works hard to get your orders done in a timely manner. If the wait is long it's because they are making you fresh food. They were so accurate and extremely polite and they did a fabulous job. I am happy with their food. They are very consistent on the quality of the food here. Thank you for all doing an excellent job. We come here quite often as a family and it's always been a pleasant experience. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
