Really loved the pizza here - especially the Levante (mushrooms, truffle sauce, burrata, prosciutto). The complimentary focaccia was amazing as well.

This is a good Italian food option in LIC. They have a great menu of pasta and pizza recipes with the best being the pizzas. Levante makes for a great brunch/lunch spot.

An LIC gem. An amazing pizza and wine night! Plus, the appetizers make this an amazing night out. The beet appetizer was artistic and delicious! The octopus was a great portion for three and also delicious, loved the sauce and seasoning. The pizza was amazing!! We had the levante and then the margarita with garlic (prob would do the regular next time). Wine was good! Preferred the wine from Piedmont over the Super Tuscan. Looking forward to visiting again!

Dining in for lunch while on a break from jury duty was a delightful experience. I had the pleasure of savoring a plate of perfectly cooked rigatoni ragu paired with a glass of Prosecco. The combination of the rich, flavorful pasta dish and the bubbly Prosecco was a true culinary delight. It provided a welcome escape from the courtroom and added a touch of elegance to my day. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable meal!

Fantastic real Neopolitano pizza. Arguably not a better pizza in NYC. The pizza maker is from Naples!!fresh salad, friendly staff!!

Food was very good! Got the squid ink pasta and the special pizza and both tasted great. Lots of seafood in the pasta and prices are reasonable.

Great italian restaurant. I love how the dishes actually tasted like how they were italian, and not americanized like most of the other restaurants. The staff were really nice and the environment/atmosphere was cozy and sweet. Went here for dinner and it was delicious as well. Also really liked the way that the interior was done. I really recommend the 4 cheeses pizza. It was AMAZING.

Staff was very attentive and decor is very stylish. Nice small, space thay doesn't have the hustle of nearby eateries. The Campangola pizza, focaccia, and lentil soup were very well made and fresh. Great place for a sit down lunch. Will definitely return. Update: returned and got a Francesco and veggie pie. Highly recommended.

A cool Italian restaurant with a good atmosphere and a nice vibe. Full open pizza oven plus outside seating at the back. Good menu options for both pasta and pizza, but the pizza is the best imo. Desserts are lush. Wine options are good but pricey and push up the overall cost. Staff were spot on. Digital check payments and electronic receipts make for a modern touch.

REALLY wish we could give 1/2 Stars so this could be a 4.5. Levante is a love letter to Italy, from Tuscany to Naples. Service is phenomenal! Swift, congenial, attentive and they take initiative. The music is POPPIN, especially if their Hostess Dee Dee is in control. She had us wanting to wear out our welcome with the vibe. The space is quaint so do not plan to campout but feel free to enjoy with family, friends or a special loved one. It is intimate enough for an unpressured 1st date but they will make space for a group of work friends or family. The Focaccia strips are pillowy, seasoned and can be dipped in the spicy Olive Oil dip that only needs a hint of salt to be perfect. Really spicy so be careful but oh, so GOOD! The Cacio e Pepe Arancini are a MUST! Large savory balls of piping hot cheesy goodness, atop a delicious pool of Cacio e Pepe sauce. The Ruchetta is a collection of fresh herbaceous mixed greens (Arugula, Mint, Parsley, Dill, Tarragon and Basil) topped with shaved Fennel, in a light Balsamic dressing. It is a great palate cleanser. The Lattuga is a grilled baby Romaine-esque wedges with Goat Cheese and a supposedly spiced dressing, which was flavorful but, by no means spicy. Delicious nonetheless! The Bufala, Diavola and Quattro Formaggi are standard pie goodness, freshly made in the (possibly imported) oven a few feet from your table. Out night was freezing so you'll warm up REAL QUICK! They have a full bevy of Italian vinos, bottles and glasses, from Reds and Whites to Aperitivos. The Super Tuscan by-the-glass pour was fantastic! If they do not have your preference, their Vino store Enoteca, a few doors down will have. See Sasha, he's a Florencian expert that will help you quench your thirst. Parking SUCKS but WORTH driving around and around....and around for!
