We dined at Gwen to celebrate a birthday. Our experience was far beyond what we could have ever expected. We chose the wine room for a more intimate dining experience. We were so well attended to from the sommelier, to the wait staff, to the hosts. The food was incredible. We started with the charcuterie appetizer, the pate’ was to die for! A steak, Brussels sprouts and sticky toffee pudding for dessert, everything was perfect!! We’ll be back even if only to sit at the bar for wine and appetizers. Thank you all at Gwen for making it a very special dining experience.

Spectacular dining experience. 5 courses. 5 Stars. Kaboom! We had a blast decoding some of these delicious flavor & texture adventures. Large portions. Wagyu knife selection is a nice touch. Aside from the complex plate construction, the decor is slick. Service is on point. Bravo, Gwen. Bravo!

I'd say this is the best Steakhouse experience I've had in my life, and I've had the pleasure of visiting quite a few steakhouses on this level (both price and accolades). My wife declared this the best meal of her life 👍 From service to food and everything in between was impeccable (even their bathroom is awesome). We were sat at the chef's counter and had the pleasure of seeing the food get prepared. The team makes it look effortless and they seem to very genuinely love being there. From everything we've had, the White Peaches was the most special dish and we'd highly recommend it. Otherwise, everything was great, lived up to and in some cases exceeded our expectations. We'd definitely come again.

Gwen's menu is simple, uncomplicated, straight to the point. For others, that approach may seem lazy. But for me, since some restaurants now try too hard and focus more on the aesthetic rather than the taste, I find that comforting. The oysters were fresh and the hot sauce was hot but not to the point that it overpowered the taste of the meat. Both pasta (pappardelle and tagliatelle) dishes were great but I have to say, I have never tasted a squid ink pasta this good. Steak was cooked perfectly and my husband was also quick to notice. From his first bite, he already knew that steak will be devoured as it was the perfect medium. It was a great experience. Worth every $.

Industrial chic meets old school Hollywood glam. Gwen is the kind of place that makes you feel fancy without being pretentious. The ambiance is like stepping into a storybook—sophisticated, enchanting, and with a dash of whimsy. A feast for the eyes where modern meets retro as aside from being fine dining it is also a butcher shop. This place is the perfect backdrop for the culinary composition that unfolds. Every dish is a vibrant array of taste. Starting out with the bread that is paired with their house-made butter. The crudo is a high-wire act of freshness, each bite comprised of delicate flavors. Let's dive into the lobster dish. As the dish arrives, your eyes are immediately drawn to the mesmerizing palette—rich corals and deep crimsons of the lobster, a celebration of color, an edible kaleidoscope proving a meal can be as visually stunning as it is delicious. Succulent, buttery, and dripping with flavor, the lobster is the prince charming of the menu. Ah, the flat iron steak is cooked to perfection, juicy, and tender. A carnivorous indulgence that makes you appreciate the art of a well-cooked piece of meat. The duck fat potatoes are a sideshow that steals the spotlight. Crispy, golden, and so addictive you'll be reaching for more. As for dessert, the apple tart with ice cream is a sweet encore. The tartness of the apples and the sweetness of the ice cream leaves a lingering taste and sweet echo in your memory. Steak is a culinary cornerstone at this place, but top to bottom every dish at Gwen is a journey worth savoring.

I finally went to Gwen with friends for dinner and it is deserving of its accolades. The service was top-notch. The martinis were perfection. Every dish was fantastic. We loved everything about our experience… except for the diners who were seated next to us. The restaurant dining room is beautiful, but we were sat out front in the covered patio area. A family with several young kids were seated next to us. They were loud, watching things on phones. If you go out for a Michelin meal, you don’t want to feel like you’re at a kids birthday dinner. We made a joke to the server asking if we were seated in the kids section. She said we should ask to be seated in the dining room next visit. Noted…

I’m a fan of Curtis Stone, was excited to dine at Gwen. There are certain expectations for the overall experience when dining at a Michelin star restaurant. To that point, while the staff professionalism was superb, I was disappointed with the cluttered atmosphere and the steaks. Dare I say the steaks were bland. We had the porterhouse and ribeye at our table. Porterhouse was cooked over temp unfortunately but management handled that perfectly.

This is a great restaurant with high quality food and attentive service. The highlight was the tartare and picking a steak knife to use. The oysters were really good and the steak was perfectly cooked. I didn't feel like the dinner flowed. The textures and flavors were all different and I did not feel like one complimented the other. Service felt lengthy and I feel the mains should have come out sooner. The staff were excellent with constant cleaning, water, and information on the menu, drinks and knives.

Incredible.Met Martin,the water sommelier. So kind,warm and generous with this time. Oysters were fresh ans the fermented hot sauce is addictive. The food was Incredible and service even better. The steak was amazing,tender amd a beautiful cut of meat. The design was cozy,cultured and upscale. Best vanilla ice cream I've ever had in life

This Michelin star restaurant did not disappoint. We came here for a friend's birthday at the chef's table and ordered a charcuterie plate, zabuton wagyu and squid ink pasta. All the dishes were so well put together and delicious. The servers were super friendly and the venue was on the dimmer side, great for a romantic night out or just enjoying a great meal with friends.

Michelin star well earned! We came here in a big group for my birthday and the food and service were phenomenal! We ordered a large majority of the menu to try a little bit of everything and were super impressed with each bite. Honestly, I could have just ate the bread and the butter from France all night and left happy. All steaks we had were prepared to perfection! Our waiter did an amazing job explaining everything and answering all our questions. Cocktails were on point too! Thanks to the staff for a memorable meal!

We adored our time at Gwen. From our fantastic server Nick to our informative Wine Sommelier Jean-Paul we had a amazing night to remember. The food was delishious and we tried so many specialties!
