First off, the wait time was really long more then 20 minutes, Staff were nice and didn’t mess up the order. The burger was the best 10/10 but the cheese fries were a little oversalted. The place was pretty clean there was a bit of trash on the floor, but overall I would rate this 3.5 stars but since there was lemonade (my favorite) 4 stars

Visiting LA in February my grown kids insisted this was the best burger place around . It was a 29 minute lineup for drive through that everyone patiently traversed. I had a lettuce wrapped animal style burger and animal style fries. The meat patty was thick and tasty ...the toppings were great ...and the fries had a cheese sauce of some kind ...and chopped onions....these tasted great . My experience was good and I would recommend.
Even though the restaurant and drive through were absolutely packed the staff was very friendly, quick and tried their best to keep the seating area clean. I was very impressed with the effort the team put in. The food was great as it usually is at this chain. It also came out quickly even though it was busy
Amazing burger and fries! I love how nothing here is overly greasy and everything tastes so fresh and has so much flavor! This is my favorite burger place in the world! Everything at this location goes very smoothly the drive through line was down the block but went super fast. Even sitting inside went quickly. The food here isn’t overrated at all and it’s always a hit never a miss!
Honestly what can you say it's in and out burger it's the best everyone knows it. This was my first in and out ever eaten in California as I normally eat in Nevada. We ate it at about 1 AM after universal studios closed. The lineup of course was massive but there is a gentleman walking and taking orders per car so your food is basically ready when you get to the window. Not much else to say you know how good the burgers are.
Amazing burgers, simple but excellent! Place was crowded we had to wait for parking, but worth the wait.
Great burger with enough sauce, which was perfect. The fries were soft as well which I really like.
Unfortunately the store is too small and too less seatings for the run of people. Therefore just four stars for this location.

It's definitely one of the best fast food burgers I've tried. We were fortunate that there wasn't much of a lineup for our order and even got a table inside. The burger and shakes lived up to the hype. However, the plain fries, not so much. Guess that's why everyone seemed to order the cheesy or animal fries instead.
