Saimin dashi was excellent, noodles cooked to perfection, but not enough in the bowl. It kinda reminded me of Tanoue's in Kaimuki. The fried rice needs a little work, I prefer a long grain rice to the Calrose type (they should leave the rice out to dry some). Add some Portuguese sausage or bacon or even some Spam with scramble egg and fry the green onions with the rice the Kamaboko was a nice touch! Overall 2 Thumbs Up!

The Loco Moco plate is so good!! Service is great, and the setting is pretty! If we're ever in that area again, we'll come back for sure!
