If I cheat on my diet it is more likely Iwill indulge my sweet tooth. And if I go anywhere near Chinatown I head straight to Phoenix bakery. It hard to pass up the butterflys. Crispy wonton fried and covered in a honey glaze that surpringly is not too sweet. It more refreshing than anything. Hopefully, in a coming visit I can add Mooncakes to my order.

Had my first Phoenix cake for my 16th birthday in 1998 and to this day, still blown away by the delicious simplicity. No kimchi siracha cupcakes here, just cake/cream/strawberry perfection.
