I only write reviews when restaurants deserve them. Food and service have to be better than good. The sushi is more than excellent. The chef is the owner and he really makes sure the fish is fresh and cool. I hate when the fish is warm or room temp. Everyhing here just taste so much better than other sushi bars. The place is a little hidden and I've never seen more than two chefs behind the bar but it never really gets crowded so it's never a problem. They also have all you can eat for $23 before 2:30, $29 after. They are very friendly and if you start buying the chefs shots, he'll bring out his secret sake brew to share.
