My husband and I ate here yesterday and I had the mini chicken bowl-part way I pulled at least a 12 “ hair out of my mouth. My hair is short. They were not wearing any type of hair protection plus they acted like it was a regular thing. They wouldn’t even take the bad bowl claiming they weren’t allowed to take it past the counter. Omg that’s where I got it from-hair and all-disgusting!’

Visited today at lunch (12ish) and had my toddler with me. After getting our food and sitting down she wanted to move to the window seats. In the process I managed to drop her food all over the floor. 2 kind gentlemen helped me to clean up the mess. But I have to brag on your staff during that time. When I finally had it all cleaned up I turned around to a member of your team handing me another kids meal. They had remade her order without me asking. I tried to pay and they told me no worries. Definitely left an impression and we will be back!!
Dear Manager, those two ladies need help. So roll up your sleeves and start helping out. Poor ladies looked tired and overworked. Don't get me wrong, they were courteous and polite. I'm suggesting you give them some PTO.
This location has been excellent so far. I go almost every Monday to pick up dinner and each time the food has been good. The staff is very friendly.
First time at this location. The girl on the 2nd part of the line was just throwing the food in the bowl as if she didnt have a care and not listening yo what i asking her to put in it and then was getting things mixed up when it was time to pay as i only had one bowl not two.
The folks at this location are incredible, they take the time to get the order right for every customer. I have a very picky eater and they made sure she received exactly what she wanted... It was nice to receive this kind of courteous service and attention which is so uncommon in today's world
When acting like a Uber eats or whichever they are, this pick up was easy to do. The order would have been adjusted with items being out of supply. The ladies were perfect in how they handled it. Only thing I didn't get were their names. I will come again.
The 2 woman that were making and cashing out orders were terrific 😃 They had a great attitude, friendly, courteous and efficient! The Hot and Sweet Cholula and Grilled Adobo Chicken bowls was hot and delicious😋 The restaurant was clean and stocked🙂
PAYANESSA UNDERSTANDS THE ASSIGNMENT!! Her customer service skills are a breath of fresh air! I ate in the store and she was more than pleasant, respectful and caring with each customer that walked in the door (about 15-20 people while I was there). She needs a promotion and a raise, as this is a disappearing yet most needed characteristic in the service industry. I suggest that your organization utilize her as a trainer for Qdobas nationwide.

,no ice in the fountain but there was only two ppl and they were hard at work creating some of the best lookin Americanized latin food from a chain restaurant, and they had a super clever and slick tips game ....id want those two ppl on my line, looks its QUDOBA you know what your in for it can get super busy there but , BUT this one knows how to keep that line movin that sweet hot chicken the the jam
Even though there was a pretty good line, I was in & out quickly. Very efficient service. The food was pretty good, although I feel like it could’ve been seasoned a little better & my tortilla was a little tough. But overall it was a decent meal.
Hands down best Qdoba service I've had to date. LaKeisha (I do hope I spelt her name right!) is awesome.
