Chef Liyah always got good food and service and does catering so hit her up
We were in town as a vendor for Thunder Over Louisville. I reached out to Tom for a place to park our food trailer overnight that weekend, and he was accommodating. Parking felt secure and the outlets worked. We also met another food truck owner who was really nice.
We actually went to Lucretia's Kitchen - it's in the same building. The food was remarkable! Soul food at it's best and they load the plate for you! Wow! My only complaint is no children's menu is offered - so you have to buy a $10.00+ meal even for a small child, unless you want to share a plate. Unfortunately we don't have the same food preferences. :/ I probably won't be back even tho I truly enjoyed the food. The brisket was better than I've ever had at a restaurant. My fav tho was the sweet potatoes...omg!!!
The place to be for up and coming food peeps! Go get a great meal from Lucretia's Kitchen or rent kitchen space for a special food prep mission.
Inspected kitchen space can be rented for the amount of time you need. You can get a dedicated area for more permanent production. Or, rent parking/electric for your commercial food truck.
I'm taking their 2020 Entreé-preneurship course to learn how to start my own food service business. My home kitchen would never pass an inspection (dogs present) and I don't want to invest in my own professional equipment at this stage. ChefSpace is perfect to get me started. They'll even hook you up with the right people to get a small business loan!
Chef Space is wonderful. I ate at Lucretia's kitchen. Did not enjoy the food. The greens were not cooked completely and lacked seasoning.
A great space for events! Extremely helpful and accommodating staff. The food we had catered by Marination's Catering was fantastic.

Very interesting space; helps folks get a small food-related company off the ground. $800 monthly fee to join when I visited.
A beautiful vision wonderfully displayed in the many ways they help new businesses establish their grass roots.
Lucretia's Kitchen and Rich's are my favorites.
They both have served my palate and tummy with lots of YUMMY.
