Went for the first time for lunch on a Saturday. It was busy but my niece and I were eventually seated. My biggest issues with going to these types of restaurants is the language barrier and cleanliness. I had no issues at all. I was expecting the teenage boy who cleared our table and seated us to be our waiter but an older lady took our order and she understood everything we wanted. The place is a decent size and everything was clean. The food was absolutely delicious and we'll definitely be coming back. I recommend the beef loc lac over rice, the beef stew, the bbq chicken over rice, and the chicken kar ko. Everything came up to about 44 bucks with drinks.
A nice restaurant to eat Cambodian food. I went to Leominster for Leadership training and stopping by Heng Lay on my way to Logan airport to fly back to LAX. I ordered Phnom Penh noodle soup. I must say the soup was quite delicious. The service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

I visited Heng Lay Restaurant for the first time (for lunch) and was very pleased! The space was small but comfortable, and I felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door.
The food was absolutely delicious...fresh and flavorful. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Portions were perfect and the prices were fair.
I will definitely be back!
