I've been going to pinkies since I was younger and I've always loved to gizzard.. you can't go wrong with them . Today I got gizzards and a chopped BBQ sandwich and they were both great. If you like your BBQ saucey I'd recommend getting extra sauce . The employees were friendly so thank yall

The food is good but the service sucks !!!! Was in line for what seemed forever. No one ever answered the Entercom to take my order. Me thinking Entercom not working cause even after saying hello anyone there and getting no answer I drive forward to window only to be told they couldn't take my order cause I didn't use Entercom! I explain that no one was answering Entercom but they didn't care They still didn't take my order!!! Not a happy customer!

Pinkies is an institution in Lubbock and to the surrounding communities. I ordered a small tray of Gizzards and “Hot” BBQ sauce, so delicious and that sauce is unique with a kick! My sandwich was great with ample meat to bun ratio. Next time I’m trying a brownie or some cobbler. Thanks for the memories!
