22 of us stopped here on our way through Lubbock right at the lunch rush hour. They pulled an extra staff member to work the line inside with a hand held device. The manager even started delivering food to individuals. On top of that the quality was better than our local Chick-fil-a. They remembered putting in the napkins in each bag and took the time to ask you about how many sauces you wanted. All that and we were back on the road with our to go orders in around 30 minutes. Fantastic Job!

Service at this CFA was wonderful. It was super clean. While we were there their employee Jayme greeted everyone in the dining room. She kept it very clean. We saw her cleaning every inch of the place, even the walls and the back corners. We were totally impressed with the attention to detail she had. While cleaning she chatted with those in the dining room and made everyone feel welcome. I think every CFA needs a person like Jayme! When I ordered David was cheerful and friendly, and very precise with the order. Our food came out very quick and was good. We will definitely be back next time we are in Lubbock.
