Something has changed. The reception you get at the drive thru has become great. Pleasant attitudes, friendly service. Lately it has been great. Hamburgers have always been the best.

We loved the cleanliness of this location inside and out. Dining in, we were greeted by a nice young lady who took our order and chatted with us while we made our selections. She brought us our food and checked on us during our meal several times...she seemed genuinely happy to be there and exhibited great customer service. Our bill for 2 adults and a child was $27. We ordered the Hawaiian chicken sandwich combo, bacon cheddar burger combo and the kids' hotdog meal. We ate every morsel! The food was fresh and hot, and the portions were perfect. Quick access to the highway, too. Thanks for a great experience!
First time eating at Back Yard Burgers for me was a pleasant experience. I’d much rather eat a burger from here which definitely tastes more like a true “back yard burger” than any other fast food. Between 3 of us, we got a Classic Burger with Seasoned Fries, a Southwest Bbq Bacon with Seasoned Fries and a Black Bean Burger add Pepper-jack Cheese with Waffle Fries— all very tasty & thoroughly enjoyed!
Staff at this location was also very polite and the service was excellent!
First time at one of these chains. Was pretty decent food, better than the norm but the fried pickers were over cooked. Burger was good, fries good, Mac and cheese good. What made it great was the lady that brought the food to our table. Appreciate the extra step of not having to stand and wait for it. We tipped her and hope that others realize this is an extra step for chains and she should be tipped.
This is the first time I've ever eaten here. Iordered the bacon and Bleu. It was DELICIOUS. My husband and son got classics. We were more than pleased. I wish we had one of these where I live!
This place gets better and better every time I visit and I visit this location every chance I get. Love how fresh the food is and how I never have to worry about my order being wrong or missing anything. There is a small wait but only because they cook everything to order. I do wish that their fried pickels came in a larger portion size because they're so delicious. I will definitely suggest this location if ever in the mood for a good ole fashion hamburger
We stopped here about 30 minutes before they closed for the night. The staff made us feel welcome and the food was fresh!
Not very busy so service was great. Haven't eaten a Back Yard Burger in 20+ years. Still good.
They were more than friendly had a bad experience at State Street and they were concern about how I was treated and spoke to the DM to resolve the issue. I appreciated their helpfulness.
