It always amazes me that you can go to just about any Mexican restaurant and have the same food, from the same food distributer, cooked the same way, and get the same indigestion. If you’re looking for your regular Mexican fix, don’t bother with this place. Now, if you’re looking for new experience, and what I call Latino Soul Food, Then Empa Taco is your place!! You won’t get served chips and salsa, Jumbo Burritos, or even nachos. What they do have is all FRESH, made from scratch dishes that would be found in any respectable home in Latin America. From the tortillas to the salsas, it’s all made in the kitchen. A couple of Pork Arepas, a guava and cream cheese for dessert, and some Horchata to wash it all down…..yum! I think I will have to stop on the way home now!
This restaurant is amazing and the food is delicious!!! My family and I defenetly recommend it. And on top of everything great they offer is their prices. It is very affordable for the whole family. Come and bring everyone you know to this restaurant and enjoy their delicious food and great service!!!
We were visiting our oldest son and his family. When it was supper time he asked if we liked Mexican. We said that was great. He took us to Empa Taco. We were able to find a place and the restaurant is on a major roadway. The family that ran was Hispanic and they were anxious please their customers. We ordered empanadas and chimichangas. The food was hot and tasty. I had a beef chimichanga with sides. It was more than enough. I left feeling well fed. The server was anxious to please. We ate on a covered porch. It gave a nice outdoorsy feeling.
Got the Supreme nachos and some other stuff and everything was so delicious. Decent prices for the amount of food you get. Authentic. Great service and nice relaxed atmosphere, like going to the bar for food without having to go to the bar. Will go again when in the area

Food is good but not nearly enough to justify the price and SMALL portions.
I was curious because I noticed this place was always hopping and now I know why, great food!! I had a grilled chicken taco, carnitas taco and beef empanada with beans and rice. The food was fresh and flavorful, even the rice and beans. No bland food here!! I highly recommend, if you haven’t, to go and give this place a try because you won’t be disappointed! 😋😋
We were recommended this place by some locals - we aren’t from the area. It’s such a small building but there are a few tables outside and the food was AMAZING. I think they marinated their chicken - the chicken quesadilla and the rice and beans were delicious.

Uh-maz-ing. Was introduced to this place and was initially apprehensive, cause I love me some tacos. This place was great! The prices were good, the staff was very friendly. The food came out quickly and it tasted soooo good!
We tried this place for the first time today. We ordered the pollo loco taco, ground beef taco, and chicken burrito (comes with fries). Everything was great. Flavors were great, salsa bar was great, and the food was fresh. A bonus for us is the area it's located in. Beautiful and inviting. We will definitely go again.
