I haven't had an empanada this good since I left Texas. It needed more heat for my own personal taste, but the meat was seasoned perfectly and the dough was delicious. The last time I tried an empanada, it tasted like Taco Bell meat. But this one....I will be ordering them again. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The rice and beans were the best I have ever had. I will happily buy a plate again and I will be keeping Chef Eddie in mind for catering.
