This morning I went through the McDonald's drive-thru to get a rather large order for my small tribe. As usual, something had to cook a little longer so they asked me to park in one of the parking spaces for drive-thru waiting. After about 20 minutes, I walked inside (probably looking angry at the world) because I hadn't received my food and half-expected that I may have to argue to make it right. The manager told me he had already sent the order out, still Brandon quickly remade all of the food & more than made up for the fact that it had taken much longer than expected. He was very kind, understanding, and respectful. People these days are quick to attack on social media when they have issues,and slow to share when they have positive experiences. I just wanted to share a #customerservicewin! Thank you for brightening my day with your kindness!!!

Every time I’ve been to this Mikey D’s, it’s always been a pleasant experience. The service is fast, my order is correct & the staff is very personable. Fast Food workers don’t get appreciated enough so Thank You So Much!! 🍔🍟👏😋

Nice kids but lacking... Purchased 3 happy meals.. only 2 had the toys in them. Asked for napkins, was told they were in the boxes.. they were not. Did not get my receipt. With a 22 mo old and two 4 year olds in the car, and it was already 94°outside, getting back in the drive through line wd have been a waste, not to mention shepherding them all out of the car and into the restaurant. Were it not for that I'd give them 5 stars.
