We wanted to sit down at a little Mexican restaurant by the beach and this is exactly what we got! Visiting from a place that doesn't have good Mexican food and this was excellent. The ceviche portion is huuge. The Chile relleno had just enough heat, a big chunky crust and tons of oozy cheese. Quesadilla was awesome. Could have had more cheese but it was super stuffed with chicken that had a delightful flavor.
Salsa for the chips was very good, too. Service was perfect. We got lunch at 9am and the server was super friendly.

Menu is a bit confusing, service is fast, food is pretty affordable.
The best thing here is the complimentary chips and salsa they give in the beginning.
The wet burrito doesn’t use real guacamole which is disappointing. And the rice inside is mushy and wet, and the chicken is under seasoned and dry. But it’s also not the worst I’ve ever had.
Food was great. Price was great. Only gave a four star because service could’ve been a little better. But other than that. I recommend
Francisco was our server and made our meal so special. Honestly it’s better if you just go up and order at the counter and pay at the counter, it’s very chill. The food is amazing, the Camaron ceviche is great and the fish soup is so good too! Rice and beans are made with white beans but they’re so good also. It’s not fancy but everyone is happy you’re there and good to chat to. The michelada with camaron was AMAZING. so good.
So so so yummy. Carnitas burrito and chicken burrito are amazing, and the chips and salsa are to die for. Not to mention the service is fantastic!! definitely eat here
Steak fajitas were best i have ever had. Authentic. Amazing flavor. If youre visiting this place os a must try. Wow. Cant eat my local mexican spots the same ever again
You always know a Spanish food place by the salsa. Delicious. Great service and drinks.
If you come here you better come hungry. We had the carnitas and Birria plate, the food was tasty, the meat was moist, and the portions were GENEROUS.. Highly recommend this spot, I didn’t think we’d find authentic Mexican food so close to the Venice boardwalk!
Fantastic spot parking may be a little tricky but the food is absolutely worth it and the prices are really low the waitresses all of them were extremely nice we were checked on regularly and our drinks were refilled without even asking how highly is just the spot the food is amazinggggggg
Good selection of basic Mexican food, lot of variety. Tasty food, OK drink selection. Helpful servers, but service can be a bit slow. Consistent quality, although I think the ones in the south bay probably have slightly better tasting dishes. Parking can be a bit of a problem here at peak times when the weather is nice
