My little girl is autistic.
With all the negativity in the world I wanted to share something positive!! Reagan loves Cracker Barrel!! We've been there many many times over the last couple years and various staff members there have seen her have meltdowns, throw herself to the floor, yell and she's even made herself sick there. But not once has any staff member there ever made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. They've always done the opposite and asked how they can help. Because of that at almost 7 years old she is able to sit there for about 30 to 40 minutes in a big girl chair and actually eat and enjoy breakfast and I really do think a huge part of that is because she feels so comfortable there. They don't mind that she brings her iPad they don't mind how loud the volume is they don't mind that she has toys all over the table or that sometime she makes loud noises. They love her and they always ask how she's doing when we go in now. The sweet waitress today even made her toast extra soft just the way she likes it and even took a picture with her. I hope the Matthews location knows how much their kindest to her means to me. It is a blessing to know that I can go have mommy and me time at a place where she truly feels comfortable And she enjoys eating scrambled eggs, toast with grape jelly and strawberries. #crackerbarrel #autismawareness

Cracker Barrel has amazing food, and even food that’s Keto friendly! Our waitress was excellent, provided perfect service and we enjoyed our visit there immensely.
The food has been really good the past few times we've gone. The service isn't bad but I feel like it's lacking a little something. Sometimes it takes a while to even get drinks.
I couldn't put off writing this review! I went in tonight with my family and service from beginning to end was phenomenal! We were seated right away and Anthony helped us. He was awesome! And he put up with our family's craziness very well. ;) He went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed! The food was also amazing! We haven't gone out to eat much because of everything going on this year but you guys made tonight special. Thank you!!!
We had the best time. Service was great, food 😋and our server keep the coffee coming. It was chilly and rainy out. We got a fireplace seat. Remind me of home and snow.. will return keep up the great job and you do have a staff that goes above and beyond...thks
Ordered curbside service for Thanksgiving dinner. Extremely busy, but I must say they were set up very well and were able to maneuver customers in a timely manner and even someone at the entrance to the parking lot to guide you where to go. I was very impressed. And the food was great!

I’m a Cracker Barrel fanatic, believe me. I’m here at least once a week by myself or with my partner. We’ve had many servers and I can’t really complain about any of them (except maybe one who kind of had an attitude when my food was burnt)
But today was the first day when the service was so spectacular I had to ask the name of the server! Jonathan literally brought us a perfect meal without forgetting anything! Food was cooked perfectly and the order, down to my soft bacon, was correct. Usually I have to send it back because it’s too crisp. He brought out extra napkins before I asked, had a water refill ready before we even needed it, & checked in many times even AFTER he brought the check. Never in my 20 years of coming to Cracker Barrel has a server checked in after leaving the check. Anyway, Jonathan is just on another level. He didn’t ask for this review either, by the way.
I hope the owner sees this. Give that man a raise!
