I recently had 2 procedures 3 weeks apart. Both times every staff member I encountered from the registration phone call, nurses, and doctors were very professional and caring. I go to Meadowview for all of my routine care as well and have always had 5 star service! We are fortunate to have this facility in out community!
I know the hospital doesn't often hear good feedback, so I wanted to provide you with some.
I can't say enough how appreciative I was of the staff member in the blood lab yesterday that I spoke with. I was definitely having a hard day. The tech I spoke with over the phone was the same person who ended up taking my blood the same day. She was incredibly helpful and kind. I wanted to let someone out there know how wonderful she was. Got my tiny veins first go which is no easy task either. The intake person who checked me in was also incredibly kind and definitely showed some concern for me.
Thank you to those two folks, and Meadowview who had the exact service that I needed yesterday. It was a blessing. Feeling much better already because they had the service I needed in the lab specifically.
I had a great experience at
Meadowview Hospital during my recent EGD scope. The nurses were helpful and made sure I understood what would happen after I was anesthetized.
