GREAT PLACE!! I'm dairy free and currently also eating gluten free and so going out to eat, even just to grab a quick smoothie somewhere, is a challenge. Finding this place was a breath of fresh air for me!! The green smoothie that I had was absolutely amazing, plus the owner was so sweet and even agreed to put one of my Arbonne protein powder packs in it!! I will be back and am highly recommending this place for sure! Fresh ingredients and all at reasonable prices!!
THE best place for a quick, healthy boost! The atmosphere in the restaurant is so inviting, relaxing and rejuvenating! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had "The Sweetie" smoothie. Oh.my.yum! So delicious! Definitely a one of a kind, much needed and welcome addition to downtown McMinnville!

Tasty food and very good smoothies and juice. I would recommend doing take out when possible because there isn't a lot of seating. Overall a nice vegan-friendly spot.
Our group was traveling through McMinnville and needed a place to stop for a snack. Heather was SO accommodating as we worked together ahead of time to get things ready. She was very prompt with our correspondence and my mind was at ease that all would be taken care of. The food was prepared on time and she went out of her way to make sure we had a place to sit down and eat. We enjoyed the food and very much enjoyed our experience, it actually made me fall in love with McMinnville and I hope to return! I highly recommend this place, you will be in good hands!
I love Local Flow Health Bars delicious smoothies and smoothie bowls. One time before I ordered, I told Heather that I had been eating a lot of junk food and asked her what kind of smoothie I should get. She made the perfect one for me! I love the personalized service!!! I also love that you can text in the order! They have a large variety of healthy goodies to fuel you up!!!
Went with a friend for lunch. We both had a bowl with quinoa, beans, and vegetables. The food was tasty, and reasonably priced for a vegetarian spot. The food was prepared fresh and fast, and was delicious. I also had a can of kombucha (not recalling the brand) and that was also delicious. I will definitely stop in next time I'm in town.

You would be absurd to not do some of your local shopping at Local Flow Health Bar! I ordered some gift cards for the holiday shopping with them and started to panic as I had not seen them in the mail yet, for whatever reason. And I emailed them back saying I had not got them and they made sure to get it sorted out and took care of my concern quickly.
Superb customer service which is difficult to see with large companies like Amazon and other retailers.
