Kate is not only an amazing chef but she is a very compressionate person. Her food was hands down the best thai food my fiance and I have ever had. We love spicy food and she made it just the way we like it. Thank you Kate!
WOW What an Amazing Thai Lunch today at Kate's Thai Cuisine Food truck at 12th and Baker. Very tasty Thai noodles, Excellent Drunk Noodles, and authentic meat egg rolls. She has Great customer service and freshly made food. Stop by and grab some to take home

Kate’s food, customer service, and passion for her business went well Above and Beyond 5 out of 5 stars! The Pad Thai absolutely has to be the best you can find in the Portland area. The sweet sticky rice and mango was also amazing. Kate talked about her dedication to ensuring each and every ingredient was perfectly ripened and/or prepared. And it was obvious in the food, everything was literally perfect! We’ll definitely be returning soon!
I'm not one to leave reviews but let me tell you, Kate's deserves every star and then some. The menu options are excellent and the food is always fresh. I've been disappointed before when she has sometimes rotated items in/out that I'd been craving but we've never ordered anything we didn't end up liking and wanting again. If you have taste preferences or allergies, she always accommodates which is not common, at least for me with most Asian foods due to a severe egg allergy. I strongly feel her food is a better quality and quantity than the dollar amount she puts in place. Kate and her husband are so generous and you can tell the love they have for what they do and the people they serve. My husband and I go just about every week and don't plan on stopping anytime soon!
The Thai food is so delicious. Every time we go it is consistent and amazing.
Her prices are very reasonable.
But the greatest virtue is Kate herself. She is lovely , generous and so fun to talk to.

First things first. The food was delicious. A bit of a wait, but unquestionably worth it.
More importantly. I am a human who eats a bit more than I should at mealtime. So when I tell you that this was a goodly amount of food, you should know that you're likely to feel the same way. This is only the second time in my life that I recall getting two full meals' worth of food from a single entree, and this experience tasted better than the other one at half the cost.
We finally found great Thai food in the area! We talked about cooking techniques and Kate is legit! Flavors are great and had the right amount of heat for my palate. I can’t wait to try everything on her menu!
First time trying food from this food cart. Absolutely amazing! Blown away by flavors. I had green curry and my wife had Pad Thai. We both loved our dinner. We will be returning to eat there again. Very kind people running cart too! Thank you!!

Delicious 😋. Mango sticky rice is the best in Yamhill County! All her food is amazing. Kate is so welcoming and friendly, she really serves food from the heart, and wants you to have the best experience. Which you will. Highly recommended. A must have!
