Amazing beer, so flavorful and fragrant. My gluten-tolerant boyfriend even loved the new pilsner that Bierly just released. When granted the opportunity to try a couple IPA test batches I was extremely curious and excited; it did not disappoint in any way whatsoever. The crafter's elegant and balanced creations in addition to his upbeat and highly personable delivery of the product made every moment come together seamlessly. I hope to see the new IPA line hit the shelf soon!

Bierly Brewing makes amazing beer and the owner is such a pleasure to talk with. when my business gets an OLCC license I'll be sure to carry his beer.

We are in town for the weekend and had this on our radar since I am gluten-free. My wife isn't, but we both loved EVERYTHING we tried. The pretzels, corndogs, onion rings, sauces, and beer are all truly exceptional. JP and Amelia, as well as the rest of the staff, were super delightful! We will absolutely be back, and will seek out their beer in Portland. Edited to add: we are so grateful Bierly requires verification of vaccination to dine inside. We will happily support a business that invests in the health and safety of their employees and their community.

I planned our trip so that I could be in the area over the weekend for their donuts and it was totally worth it. The maple bars and old fashioned were delicious (although the old fashioned didn't quite taste like a true old fashioned, it was still really good). The pretzels were also really good. I really enjoyed several of their beers and my non-GF hubby even liked some of them. Long story short, the beers, food, and service are all great and worth the stop.

Stopped by for the first time, had a pint and some food. Both very delicious, with a nice variety of taps and foods. Only qualm is the inside dining requirement of vaccination cards and masks. Masks were provided upon entry, but vaccination cards just seems a bit bothersome at this point of the pandemic. To each their own, it's within their right as a business, I just don't plan on showing my card. With that said, as soon as 3rd street starts closing again on weekends, we'll be sure to visit here again!

A forever-favorite you're surely missing out on if you haven't been!!! The owners are so sweet and care about the health and joy of their community (like masked indoor seating last time i went, and i saw they're trying out rainbow breadsticks for pride!) The beer + FRIED donut combo is one people often take advantage of. There is no supplement. This makes me forget about my allergies and similar woes. Bierly is the hero we need!

We stopped in to try out the donuts. We also got a pretzel. Everything was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be going back. It's an hour drive from our house but it's well worth it. For anyone with Celiac you can feel completely comfortable eating here. They don't allow any gluten containing items on the premises. Dedicated gluten free facilities are hard to come by and this one is well worth going to!

We went in to try the beer. If you want to sit inside, as of right now you have to show proof of vaccination. They were very friendly. It smelled like hot oil, which wasn't that pleasant. Everything is gluten free. The beer was great and the pretzel was awesome.

A paradise for celiacs, everything is gluten-free! I ate a fluffy pretzel, fresh from the oven. Then I ate a baguette with a crispy crust and cream cheese. For dessert, I had a cinnamon donut. It all tasted so wonderfully delicious. I haven't had something like this in a long time as a celiac. In addition, as bike travelers, we were allowed to park our bikes inside so we could keep an eye on them. We also had a nice talk with the staff. If I could, I would give 10 stars :-)

Absolutely amazing. I live over an hour and a half from Bierly, but I still make it a point to make the drive up when I can. We just stopped by this morning (while driving to our honeymoon destination) and had some fresh, warm, delicious Maple Bars. If you are Gluten Free, you know how hard a deep-fried donut is to find. It was well worth the detour just for the donut, we also got some of their beer to try.
