Great food and great people. Home-style cooking and plate lunches. I've been eating there so long, they're like family to me. Excellent burgers, salads, and the best breakfast, too. (Biscuits!) Don't miss the Japanese fruit pie. (my favorite)
Awesome food great service never disappointed...My favorites 3 eggs over medium,City ham or chewy bacon,hash browns and toast,love the pot roast tators and green beans and rolls..
If you're looking for a good, old-fashioned, classic Southern meal, Nana's is hands-down the place to go! Everyone was so polite and hearts were being blessed everywhere you looked. You could tell it was a big hit within the continuity, too. If you're in the area, it is worth going out of the way for!
Loved the food. Just basic American fare but it's made with love, you can tell. Service was awesome. My only complaint is that it could be cleaned a bit better at the table and such, as is the case with most diners in this general region. Despite that, which you'll find almost everywhere, I definitely recommend Nana's!
The food and energy are EXCELLENT here! And they have chocolate gravy with biscuits. Yum!

The food and service is outstanding. It feels like a old country diner. The wait staff are friendly, personable, and attentive. My coffee never got cold and I never ran out of cream. I ordered
grits = well cook not overseasoned
sausage gravy = well seasoned great texture. I feel it could use more pepper and sausage. Just a personal taste
chocolate gravy = the best I have ever had. Not to think or thin not super sweet just simply yummy!
eggs = I ordered over easy and they where perfect!
pancakes= They where good. I am to particular about my pancakes. But my buddy loved them.
biscuits = YUMMY! Just add some butter and dunk them in the chocolate gravy and man was I in heaven!
potatoes and onions = I would have liked a bit longer on the cook time but the ratio onions to potatoes and the seasoning was great!
Over all I am super pleased with the experience and will be returning with family and friends.
Like eating at Maw Maw's house, you leave hungry it's yer own fault. Fresh sweet tea that the ladies make sure is always full, homemade desserts, meat n 3, and my favorite.....open face roast beef with mashed taters! Awesome service and reasonable prices. Beats the tar out of Papa Johns next door.
Breakfast was delicious and good quick service. The grits tasted so good and good thick cut bacon. Wished I lived closer so I could come more often. Would absolutely eat here again!!!
In town to visit the cavern and we were looking for an alternative to fast food breakfast. Found Nana's and decided to give it a try. The food was good especially the biscuits and gravy and hashbrown casserole. The coffee was REALLY good. Interesting decor, cool old signs and stuff. Server was friendly and the price was reasonable.
I love the decor, and the staff is awesome!!! The food is true, down home, delicious cooking.... I ate so much I was ready to pop! I had the city ham breakfast, with fried diced potatoes and onions, biscuits and gravy, and a big bowl of side order grits! So good....SO good!!! I highly recommend Nana's if want some delicious food....
