Wonderful food, beautiful views, and a wonderful atmosphere! We thought we were underdressed until the valet put us at ease. A very large selection of wines as well as a lot of specialty drinks. My wife and I tried the mojito’s and they were excellent!!!
We would recommend the snapper and the salmon dishes. Both were done perfectly!
Lastly get the lava cake with ice cream! It takes a 1/2 hour to make so order it early. You won’t be disappointed!!!
Our favorite restaurant to dine in Melbourne! The varied menu, awesome salad bar, the delicious lava cake & strawberry cheese cake, & the Early Bird Dining are just a few of my favorite things. Emily & Bill ( the managers), the Waite staff & the valet staff are very welcoming & accomadating. Food is always perfectly preferred & we love the atmosphere!
I loved this place! It has a beautiful view and excellent service. The food was spectacular, and my steak was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be coming back.
This was My Wife and I first time at Chart House for Our Anniversary. And what an Amazing place. Great ambiance. I highly Recommend this Restaurant to anyone that wants to enjoy great food and have a great experience . Water Views are Awesome too. Our Waiter Jerry is very Friendly and attentive. Would be going back again.
We chose to take my husband’s mother here for her birthday having never been to the area and it was a wonderful experience overall!
They not only put us at a beautiful spot overlooking the water, but they also had a personalized card and menu for her. It was lovely!
The food and service was top notch! Highly recommend especially for special occasions.
I found the perfect coastal restaurant! Service and food was awesome! We didn’t have reservations but we were able to immediately be seated at the tables in the bar area which was just as fine. The water view is seen from every part of the restaurant so you’re not going to miss out wherever you’re seated. The mojitos flight for two was a great starter to our dining experience, then came Kim Chee Calamari and the Crab Avocado tower and for our main course we ordered the Crab stuffed Shrimp and Cod with Shiitake Mushrooms. To top off a great diner we also ordered the Chocolate Lava cake and a classic Crème Brûlée. All food was delicious and delivered in a timely manner so there was never a rush to finish or a wait for the next course :) I did see that they had a happy hour food menu which would be a great Tapas style experience at great prices. I’ll be back soooon!!
First the staff was exceptional. Our server's name was Christian, and she was the best. She went above and beyond to meet our needs. The view was wonderful, looking out onto the bay with fish jumping and a pod of dolphins put on a great show. We arrived early enough to order off the early bird menu. Look over the menu. You would be better to order from the thr regular menu. My wife was totally happy with the evening.
I just felt the quality of the food was not what you would expect for the price. The top price should be reflected on the table.
Best dining experience we’ve had in a long time! Food is 5 star. Portions are very good. Our server, Julie, was amazing and very attentive. The dining room manager, Ellen, went over and above our expectations to make sure everything was perfect! We will be back again!
This review is for the Melbourne, Fl location. We came here to celebrate my wife's birthday. We noticed only valet parking when we arrived at 5:30, which is something I do not prefer, but let it slide as we were running late for our reservation. The front desk was swarmed with people looking to get in. This is a popular place and surprising for an early Monday time slot. Being right at the end of a waterfront street, the views were awesome, with most tables getting to enjoy that, making the ambiance worth the trip alone. Our waiter was quite accommodating and helpful. We started out with some drinks. My wife got an excellent Cosmo. I had a subpar Old Fashioned (maraschino cherries are a no no, and the crushed orange slice left the drink hazy with pulp). My son and I ordered off the early menu, which was an excellent value of soup or salad, entre, and dessert. My wife went for one of the regular menue make your own meals. I had the clam chowder, which was a bit too thin but tasted fine. My family had the cesar salads, which were fine, but clearly pre made as the kettus was soggy. I ordered the Hawian Steak medallions with mango sticky rice and ordered it medium. The meat came rare and barely warm. I had to send it back. It came back warmer but still very rare. I gave some to my son, who thought it was way too savory and rare for his palat. My wife was able to substitute her salmon preparation for a nice lemon crusted version, and she really liked it. My son got the Prime Rib, which was cooked a bit rare for his medium order. I do believe the kitchen has difficulty with beef temperature, but he ate through it. For dessert, I had a delicious Creme Brule made to perfection. Thinly, torched top with smooth inner consistency. It's one of the better ones I have eaten. My son got the ice creame sundae option, which was quite good, too. My wife had the mini molten lava cake (with a candle for her birthday), served warm with vanilla ice creame, and covered in crushed Heathbar. We enjoyed that, too. Overall, it was a very nice dinner that had a few blemishes in the meat preparation that took a star off the rating. I think the Early Menu is the best value and would bring us back for more. The regular menu has many more choices, but you will pay about double for nearly the same portions on the value menu. You just have to order before 6:00 pm. We plan to come back if in the area.
I absolutely loved my dining experience here ! The ambiance is warm & and welcoming, not to mention the beautiful views of the Indian River. Our waiter Jerry was wonderful and was very attentive. We ordered the calamari & artichoke spinach dip as an appetizer, it was so delicious. For my main course I ordered the salmon wrapped in prosciutto with a miso glaze & a side of string beans. This dish was AMAZING! It also comes with a salad & dessert. I can't wait to go back !! What a wonderful place to dine eith friends & family.
We had our wedding dinner with family at The Chart House. The service, food, and atmosphere were wonderful. The personalized menu for our wedding day was very nice. Pictured is the coconut shrimp and the parmesan crusted chicken.
Only valet parking is available. We were told to pick a seat and a server will be with us shortly. This was my first time here and I totally chose the wrong seat, I wish I would have known the view from the window was fabulous. Now we showed up during happy hour and barely missed the crowd. It started to get busy by the time we were done so there was a short delay in getting our check but it was to be expected because our waitress had just been seated with a 6top. We ordered mango and pomegranate mojitos, lobster tartare, prime sliders, and spinach dip. The mojitos had more mint than fruit flavor and the sliders had a spot of horseradish that we only discovered on the last bite (should’ve been evenly distributed on the bun) . Other than that it was a pleasant experience.
