While I have always been very satisfied with the pretzels from Aunt Anne's yesterday I was so disappointed and upset by what I was given. My sister and I had just finished our walking and we were going to treat ourself to a cup of pretzels. I wanted garlic ones. I had been thinking of it all week and was so excited that it was a day that I allowed myself treats. The mall was closing soon so we ordered our pretzels. The girl had put so much garlic on them they were uneatable. I tried pouring all the excess garlic out of the cup but that still didn't work. Every piece was saturated and I had to throw them away. I LOVE garlic but I think she used 1/2 the bottle just in my cup. Had the mall not have been closing I would have returned and ask for new ones. To be honest the girl who waited on us looked and even sounded upset. She had that were closing so go away attitude. My sister spent almost $10.00 getting those pretzels cups for us and I feel like she threw her money away. Of course I won't let this one bad experience stop me from ordering more pretzels but I think something needs fixed when you are served uneatable food.

Always had great pretzels! But I haven't been in a couple of years, so I can't speak to the service they offer now.
Amazing pretzels, always warm and fresh. The staff is very professional and thorough. They smile and even greet my toddler every time I go with her and are super friendly. I've had Auntie Anne's at several locations and this one is my favorite. Great staff and pretzels! Keep up the great work!
This is a great place for a quick snack. Live the pepperoni pretzel bites. They sell a bucket now for like $25. Which is nice if you are feeding four people. The lemonade is tasty and the sauces are delish. Stop by for a snack and an ice cold beverage.
The small cinnamon bites are a nice treat now and then! Short wait, great service, nice variety of pretzels. They're fresh! Lemonade is very good!
There is usually someone out giving free samples, try one! I had a cinnamon sugar pretzel and liked it. I didn't go buy one, but I wanted to!
