This is our favorite IHOP to go to! Especially at night, Annie (the night waitress) and Rob (the chef) are awesome. They bust their butts to make everyone's dining experience "perfect". We just love Annie! ❤️.
We eat here semi-regularly after church. They can be busy on Sundays, but we’ve always had good food cooked properly. Brittany is one of the hardest-working servers I’ve ever observed. IHOP is lucky to have her. Thank you for a consistently-good breakfast!

I eat at this IHOP every time i go to the Viera VA Clinic. Great food, service, and value. Restaurant is clean and bright. Staff is so helpful and willing to work with what you want to eat. The 2-2-2 is great value for old people and the portion is just right. Thanx, to the staff for their Great service.
The restaurant is spacious, clean, with updated interior. The food is really good. Steak tips are simply delicious, as was the omelette. Our waitress was prompt, courteous, and smiling. And the restaurant's close proximity to the Brevard zoo makes it a natural stop after a day-long stroll at the zoo.
Growing up around IHOP they have always been Rutti Tutti Fresh and Fruity
I don't know if there's any adult or child who does not love getting a stack of pancakes and pouring the various different syrups over them till they find the one that they really love.
You can count on IHOP to give you nice consistent food as you're traveling around the country on vacation. Or if you're just taking Mom out for Sunday breakfast.

This was the first stop on 5 day Miami Florida vacation with my guy friends. We left from NC around midnight and got hungry. We stopped here to eat before driving 3 more hours to Miami.
Upon walking it, I noticed that it was very cold. There was a short wait before being sat by the host at 8:58am. Our waitress, Patty, came over at 9am and took our drink order. Patty was welcoming and friendly. She came back at 9:04am to take our drinks.
She came back to take our order at 9:07am.
Myself and 2 friends got the split decision breakfast (2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, 2 French toast, 2 pancakes). I got mine how it comes. One friend got it with all sausage and the other got his with ham and Turkey bacon. The other friend got Colorado omelette with pancakes as the side.
While we were sitting down and talking. One friend noticed that everyone before and after us were sat at booths but we were sat at a table in the middle of the restaurant… We were the only African American party in the whole restaurant.
Our food came out at 9:20am. Everything was correct and the food was good. Patty continued to be attentive and no complaints.
Friendly and clean. Staff wasn't wearing masks. Food came out all fresh and hot and tasty. My husband got the apple pie alomode pancakes and he enjoyed every bite.
Love this IHOP! Definitely recommend. Right near the zoo, gas, banks, other restaurants, beautiful Suseda Park, and more! Delicious good, sweet service, and cute decoration. Highly recommend for breakfasts! The airline tips breakfast is my favorite so far✨🥞🍳🥩
Each and every visit we are warmly welcomed and enjoy the delicious food! The servers are genuinely caring people.
