There is a taco bell near post with horrendous stuff, yelled at me because I didn't know the menu. Stayed away for years. Then I went to this taco bell recently late night. Food was amazing (never had. Taco bell food this good. ) Employees were so kind and helpful! Helped me find what i would like. Good job taco bell you have my business again.
Poor sad soggy broken taco. Frequently out of items, one socially awkward guy that works drive through sometimes, and occasionally missing items in my order.
So why the 5 stars?
They don't make me wait 40 mins in the drive through or randomly sub items when they're out of something without asking first (*cough* Wendy's *cough*) or actually show up to work and not make ordering feel like an argument (*cough* Burger King *cough*).
It's Taco Bell so I don't know what people are actually expecting, but staff have always been nice and friendly to me and food quality is pretty much what I expect. Yeah, every place is short staffed but this Taco Bell doesn't throw a fit and curse about my order (at least within earshot) or throw my bag of food at me.
OK these guys here are legit funny! They were slammed they were so busy and yet Jimmy John's had nobody in line. Even though they were super busy they were so fun! And of course my order was perfectly fine down to the number of sauce packets. Are people coming here for the food? Well yeah because it's dinner and a floor show! Actually they were just so super nice and funny. I've never laughed that hard pulling away from a drive-through - ever and I'm old. I wouldn't mind being their Nana or at least there crazy eccentric aunt - that's how nice and fun they were.
I will be back if not for the food for the entertainment value because they are all terrific. I mean, it doesn't have a Michelin star, it's Taco Bell. They should get a SAG card for working here! Fabulous!!!

Don’t mean to make any one feel bad but front counter person looked really tired costumer service was ok but the taco maker was super friendly and made a Really tasty cheesy gordita crunch he should be manager.
Very quick! I've been to this location the times this year, at odd times. Every time I've ordered it has been a pleasant experience- no complaints in their drive-thru at all. Love it!!

This location used to be only so-so but WOW it's SO great now! It is solely due to the staff! Datra was FANTASTIC at the drive thru window today! She was so very pleasant. It's obvious she is happy at her job. What a huge change from a few years ago. Whatever it is, keep it up!
But mostly... Hats-off to Datra! (Hope I spelled her name right) She will keep me and my family coming back, for sure!
Best Taco Bell ever, the one in rockledge doesn’t even compare to this one. Angelique and Robert are always holding it down. I don’t understand the bad reviews for this place, I’ve never had a poor experience and I’ve been living in Viera for 10 years now. Maybe I’m just a nice person and everyone leaving 1 stars are super miserable? It’s fast food, and this place is sometimes understaffed, grow up and be a nice person.
Our brief encounter with the Manager working the drive through was a “Happy Experience”. He noticed my wife was eating a Jimmy John’s sub and gave us a friendly “hard time”.
He was very energetic and made our experience a pleasure. We had gone through a Wendy’s the evening prior, and that was a nightmare. Glad to get an associate that cares about the customer’s experience. Thanks.
Had an employees who was rude as hell taylor I think her name is. Very stand offish had something to say about me getting 2 taco Supreme instead of the meal. She very blatantly put 3 on my order. I'm sorry buttercup that is not what my family member asked for. You really need to learn the value of respect and no judging. The food on the other hand is really good.
Update: it has been 5 months and my son and I come here... a lot. Everyone is very friendly they get along well with each other. Food is awesome we now dine in all the time great place to go to get out of the house.
