The staff was super accommodating. We arrived minutes before close and there was never a word mentioned to us about closing. They locked the doors and told us when we leave alert someone so they can lock the doors behind us. It was a very pleasant visit. The store seemed clean and the food was made quickly and was great. I had a good time.
EXCEEDED our expectations, even at 10 pm!! We purchased a late dinner, only to be wowed by their staff. The order taker was patient in drive thru, we were parked but didn't wait long. All of our food was nicely placed in separate bags and not stuffed together into one big bag with French fries flung upside. 🍔🍟They even thanked us for coming!!!!
For a fast food restaurant Wendy's is on the top. They have a varied menu with always fresh food and reasonably priced The employees are friendly and eager-to-please. There is rarely much of a waiting time to get your food. Plus senior citizens receive that beverages free.
I'll probably never get tired of a 4 for $4. Wish they had the Coke Freestyle machine so I could get vanilla Barg's root beer.
It's seconds from my job so it's nothing to get a meal or some nuggets. Speaking of nuggets, when they're fresh? Jesus, unbeatable.
Fast, friendly service. Food was quite fresh and the staff kept plowing through the customer lines very efficiently. Our food was ready before we finished getting our drinks!
The Wendy's on Babcock street in Melbourne has gone down hill. The inside looks old and worn. The floor in front of the drink machine was very slippery. I mentioned it to the cashier and she said she would tell the manager. No one investigated or cleaned up while I was there eating. I noticed when they opened a cooler behind the counter there was an inch of water on the bottom shelf. The ketchup dispenser was empty. When I finally sat down I found one of the crew's headsets in the dining area.
This is my go to restaurant when I have a gaggle of hungry little mouths to feed. Everyone loves the 4 for $4! Even my wallet! They're fast and everything is always hot and fresh. Thumbs up Wendy's!
Always fast and friendly service. The lunch cashier in the dining room is an excellent employee and always so kund and willing to answer any questions and already knows me by name. My favorite workday lunch spot.
This is by far the friendliest Wendys in town. Every time I come they make sure that everything is fresh and hot without me asking, their frosty machines are never “ broken “, and they are always fast and polite.
This store has come a long way in 7 months. The management staff is one of the friendliest group of managers i have ever encountered at any restaurant. The store is outdated but you really can not blame the working staff on this matter. The food is always good and if by chance you are unsatisfied this staff goes above and beyond to fix or replace anything until you are happy. Hard workers like these are hard to come by. I will only visit this wendys. They treat everyone like family. People tend to group Wendys with McDonalds or burger king but they are completely different. Wendys is the only "fast food" restaurant that i would even consider eating. They are right up there with chik filet in my book.
