This place have great Asian food, way better than Panda Express in my opinion, I enjoyed some yummy lunch today with my daughter.
For the mall food standards, for whoever loves noodles, I order stir fried green beans, mushrooms, mixed vegetables, noodles, and chicken. Their vegetables are very fresh . I like it a lot after walking around the mall .
I have never been disappointed by the service or the food. Also its the only restaurant in the mall that hasn't been taken away over the years. Delicious every time and you can even do low carb!
It's Mall food court food nothing too fancy. Every time I've gone it's been great. It's saucy and warm and I love the cream cheese dumplings. The bourbon chicken is good tasting just as good as the samples you get right in front when walking by. I agree with honesty previous reviews and they can be a little pushy but other than that it's been a lot better than everyone else has been saying at least recently. I never ate there till recently so I can't say anything about the previous management or employees but it's been good since I've been going.
Bourbon Chicken is really good! Taste like home (Thailand). Even my husband likes it. Will definitely coming back!
I started at Chic Fil A and left completely in shock with the customer service they provided. But I also had an order to place at Asian Chao, I was reluctant to meet Jeff right off the rip. His customer service exceeded expectations and went above and beyond. The quality of the food was fresh, and the smiles on the faces of employees and also the other customers in line, were not shy. As far as a food court experience goes I’d be lying if I said Asian Chao didn’t make my day with the customer service alone. And the quality of the food was close to gourmet. When shopping at the Melbourne Mall there will be no other choice for me to make as far as where I will eat ever again.
Asian Chao Melbourne Square Mall has the friendliest staff. I’ve patronize this store for over 5 years. The food is always fresh and the customer service is always consistently great. Thank You, Jeff, Chanthy and staff for your kindness towards customers.
Talked with Jeff today, he made my day, a great way to talk and care about the customer and get the food in a timely manner. Definitely a place to visit again!
