It was late night close to closing but my food was hot and fresh

Very good

Had to try the Whopper Melt. It was good. At first I didn't agree with them down playing the original Whopper..but, let's admit, the Whopper doesn't even taste the way it used too. I liked the Melt. I'd eat it again.

Food was very good, but before the last time my dad drove me there, they didn't listen to the order. And when we got home, something was missing. I love their food, but I just ask that they would pay a little more attention to what they're doing.

Great service, staff, all around excellent. Walked in and greetings were given. Staff was readily available apon entry. Cashier was well spoken and attentive while ordering food/drinks. The young lady Dasianae Lane(cashier) was absolutely wonderful to us, she even offered us a free water with ice. Stating that it's a extremely hot day and that water will not only keep us hydrated but will be refreshing. Drive thru worker was the most polite, courteous and paitence with drive thru costomers also the costomers in lobby. The lobby was clean, welcoming and seating was plentiful.The beverage area was clean,very tiddy with fully stocked lids,straws napkins, ketchup dispenser was clean and dripping/residue was not present. Food was made in a timely manner, and made fresh, no food was pre-made or kept hot via warmer. All machines used to make and or dispense drinks and cold dessert (ice cream/slushy and iced-coffee) are in working/serving conditions. After each use of ice cream/slushy machine; they are cleaned by staff to prevent cross contamination of ingredient's that may cause allergic reactions and or mixing of unwanted ingredients, germs/bacteria growth, and general built-up of food products. Kitchen/cooking area was extremely clean, food products were kept separate from touching/mixing with others(lettuce, tomatoes, condiments etc.), meats were stored in designated freezer/cold storage, employees washed and sanitized hands also put gloves on before handling food. I also noticed that after one customer ordered and requested that no onions be put on burger due to allergies the employee preparing food went the mile to to change/discard gloves for new pair to make sure there was absolutely no onions in or near food. Employees washed/sanitized hands when use of restrooms and returning from lobby into kitchen area. I had a wonderful experience at this location and highly recommend a visit to this Burger King weather your in the area for shopping, passing/driving through neighborhood, or if you want to have the best service and food experience you could imagine. Please don't let rumors of the neighborhood/area keep you away, this restaurant can not be compared or put in a bad category. Just all around great. Hope you enjoy and experience the service I have during my visit.
