How can your oven be broken for over 2 weeks. Big Mac invited me right down the street.

Sandwiches were made wrong per ordered. Drive thru very slow. Why does the location on Summer Ave near Covington Pike not have walk in service anymore. Drive thru service sucks. Nothing you order is ever made as requested. There are never napkins and condiments in the bags either

I went 3-4 Burger King's before I heard a voice to take my order. 😇 The only Burger my son will eat is the impossible whopper so I finally got my order taken within seconds of pulling up to the speaker. The order taker and cashier were very friendly. I'll definitely be back.

We drive thru her every so often and although some seem to have had poor experiences, I always get through the drive thru line fairly quickly, the order is always correct, and the people are friendly enough. So, until I have an experience otherwise, I will give this a good rating.
