On our way back home from flea market, thrift store hunting we stopped in Middletown, Connecticut for lunch. My wife knew of this place when she came here when she was younger. We talked to the owner for a bit while waiting for our sandwiches to be made. If your in the area give this place some love. Definitely worth the trip for breakfast or lunch.

Absolutely delicious sandwiches and wonderful owners. Their ingredients and deli meat are always fresh every time I go pick up a honey bbq sandwich with avocado, thanks to Cynthia. Also, they accept food stamps! Ask the owner about thanking Lyndon Johnson for that as well.

I haven't been here in a couple of years . It's nice to see the same owners are still there. Nice people. 06/10/22.-Happy Birthday to me. 🎂 I don't ask for much and I don't want much. However all I wanted was a burger and a good one. Joe's American was all I needed. Thank you 😊
