I love this place. But the guy on the grill on October 8 around 300 was a total asshole to the girl at the start of the line. She asked for white rice and the guy didn't even acknowledge her. We waited ten minutes before the asshole who was leaving the grill said something along the lines of "are all these people waiting for white rice? You should tell me you needed it now instead of just needing it." She asked for it that's all you need to know! I'm proud of the other girl that was on the assembly line for stepping up and asking for someone to teach her how to make the rice. Thank you for taking the initiative and you guys should probably teach that guy a thing or too about it.
I just ate HANDS DOWN the best chipotle I’ve ever had in 10+ years.
This is one of the busiest locations I have been to. The staff keep the line moving quickly and the food is very good.
Update: 3/21/22 I stopped in for lunch on a Monday. Zero wait. I was checked out in about a minute. The staff was getting things done really fast today! 8/13/23 fast and fresh as always at this location! The rice was way too crunchy though. Crunchy chewy rice is unfortunately a recurring problem here.
I have never in my life tasted such excellent cuisine. The food melts in my mouth, each ingredient mixed together perfectly. Every bite takes my soul by surprise. As if handcrafted by god himself, the food is presented to me with golden light ushering me to swipe my credit card to taste the delicious, most authentic food that awaits me underneath the silver foil. Lifting my spirits from the deepest depths of sadness, a single bite can change a man. The workers are true angels sent by the lord. I shed a single tear as I open the doors to the best food known to man, I might just say, they’re the gates to heaven.
Ever since the invention of the keto bowl, were they let you pick out what you want to put in a bowl, I've been going to Chipotle more often, just don't ask them to put the bread salsa in if you're not in the mood for something spicy. Lol, in my opinion however they should never run out of meat or vegetables and use as an excuse
One of my favorite Chipotle locations to stop in and eat. They'll allow a certain number of customers to dine in as long as Safe Social Distancing practices are being used. Which typically means that there must be 2 empty booths in between you and the next diners. Today the Chicken Burrito Bowl was made with generous proportions and the staff of 2 working the line were very polite and preformed their jobs perfectly! Thank you for a great meal!
If busy, they will run out of things, service is ok to good and atmosphere is sad, bad lighting, not enough seating. It is ok and safe to eat at! They are generally clean.
I love Chipotle, sometimes the service is very slow because they are short on staff I think. But always has been great food at the milford location.
Chipotle is usually a machine churning out good food fast. However after an online order was placed I was 10 minutes late getting there so I was surprised that it wasn't ready and had to check to see if I was at the right store. I was and waited another 10 minutes for it. With the restaurant not being that busy it seemed a little odd.
Food was good as usual and the order was right so its all good.
