Food was good, service was fast, didn't have any issues at all...Love them fries!

Worst experience ever.stood in line 30 minutes, let three kids go in front of me because I hadn't decided. They returned their food because it was so bad.They never said one word to me, never took my order, just kept waiting on the drive thru. Then they called the police and had them tell me they didn't want to serve me. Can only assume it was because I was with a black man.I manager a million and a half dollar business and certainly don't treat customers like this. Will be filling a discrimination law suit, I believe. Never go to Lila avenue rallys.
Went back to enjoy those killer fries... you cant beat em'. They also have quite the variations of other foods. Going through the drive through the voice is AI (Artificial Intelligence)... super accurate, impressive. Hope they stay around, it keeps getting more difficult to find these places.
The ice cream machine was down that's the whole reason why I stopped there today was to get my swirl strawberry and vanilla cone. So the manager offered to accommodate any type of way so I got a sandwich and fries for free so good looking out it didn't heard that he was awful good to look at also
Love it here, never in line long, fries always good, automated service was weird, but nice people will cut in if it gets weird on you.
We were just passing by and decided to grab something for lunch. The service was fairly quick, we were greeted in a friendly manner and our food was good. My only issue was that the fries seemed a bit old but still edible.
I would go back and try them again.
Simply amazing. The food is amongst the best fast food out there. Amazing fries, cheese sticks and onion rings and the burgers are to die for. My favorite combo is a Big Burford with a large chili cheese fries and a large cherry coke. Another amazing thing is the automated drive thru. An AI takes your order and it eliminates a lot of human error. They also have a 2 sided drive thru. One window for online order pickup and another for regular drive thru ordering. One of my favorite places to go.
I went here mainly to get a large order of fries. I also got a single cheeseburger. The french fries were awesome as always. These are the best french fries that money can buy if you ask me. They're hamburger was just fair. I think they realize it's not the star of the show. The drive-thru line was reasonable and the service was good enough.
Service was quick through the drive through. Window person was a little rushed. Foods was good and hit. It's a bit pricey
We love Rallys, it's a consistent drive thru restaurant and we can always expect really good food.
Been amazing every time I go! The guys who were working the other night were beyond sweet to me. I was paying with change cuz that all I had and they were cutting up with me. Helped me download the app and helped me get a free sandwich. Was amazing. Will definitely be back!
Love the walk up windows to order. Nostalgic. Not a fan of the robot lady that takes the orders though the employees say it works well. I just think someone out there could be doing that job but I guess it's the way of the future. The coke here tastes sooo good by the way.
