First time in in awhile. Milford location has been remodeled and food was excellent.
I chose donatos over all of the other pizza options in the area because their pizza tastes the best. The meats and veggies they use taste fresh and not something out of a can or something that has been sitting around all day. I'll definitely buy from her again.
Great friendly staff with fabulous food made accurately and timely!!!
Our order was correct and hot. Placed a carry out 35 min prior, still had to wait 10 min. I'd order again, but acknowledge they are slower than the wait times shown online.

Been a while since I've ventured into Donatos. Not really sure why...? Had the lunch special: single topping personal pizza, salad and drink for $10. Salad was freshly premade, but unremarkable. Pizza was better, LOADED with pepperoni, even though it was thinly sliced. Good flavor. Pizza sauce has a different spice in it than I'm used to (perhaps a combination of spices), but was pleasant. Place was kinda dark inside, and no signage was on when I pulled up just a few minutes after noon, so wasn't 100% certain they were open, but indeed they were. TV on 1 wall was not conveniently placed except for a few seats to see. No sound on anyway, nor was any music playing. Kinda like they don't really expect ppl to come in to eat any more. (2 couples also came in for dine-in after me.) That was my experience. Can't say it was typical, but certainly nothing to make me want to go back to try again, given all of the pizza choices available nearby. Maybe this is why I haven't been in a long time? Idk.
So I just read some of the recent reviews and first just wanna say that I am sorry you had a bad experience. I fortunately have not had one here. I gave 4 stars becouse only negative is the prices are on the higher side and not a lot of offers or deals. My experience with service, times, and quality has always been great. They have one of the best pepperoni pizzas around and They make thier salads fresh and everything has always tasted amazing. I think covid has def impacted the food industry in a bad way. Hopefully if you have had a bad experience recently try to give them another chance in the future when things start getting back to "normal"
Ordered online, pizza and salad was all ready when i arrived and packaged ready to go, person behind the counter was very helpful, friendly. This is my favorite Donato's. Have always had good experiences at this location!
Online ordering app did not fully capture my (specials) order when came to ordering advertised special. Store employee said the app doesn't always enter the coupon code with the order so the cost ends up being more than anticipated when you pick up the food. Pay attention to the advertised price versus what they charge you at the counter. Other than that, the food was delicious!!!
Food was great and so was the service and atmosphere. Been a while since I've been there but will be going back soon 😊
I wrote a negative review a couple months back after I had a few bad experiences in a fairly short period of time. I decided to give them another chance, and since doing so, I've had 4 great experiences in a row. Good custom service and on time delivery.
