I had to pop into this Starbucks on my way to the Connecticut Post Mall to relax a bit. The place is very lovely and cozy. It has this aura of class Sophistication. I really enjoyed myself. The guy in charge is really polite and friendly. There’s a wheelchair accessible entrance, wheelchair accessible parking and and wheelchair accessible seat. It’s pretty close to the road and can be noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic.
Stephanie has great customer service and reminded of all options of making my food choice even better by warming up my morning bun ;)
I would not normally write a review for a chain of any kind, but I wanted to leave one for my favorite ....
There are other Starbucks locations that are more convenient for me - closer to work and home - but go to this specific store almost every day because the baristas that work here are just outstanding. They make my drinks perfectly, they bring a smile to my face every morning when I am dreading heading into work, and best of all, they have taken the time to get to know ME!
Thank you Milford CT Post Mall Starbucks for the friendly, amazing treatment you give me every morning. And for the excellent brew. See you in the am.
Always the best service, I drive for work and I can honestly say this is the best establishment in ct. There’s one employee named CJ that always goes above and beyond and can always execute my drink with precision. 5/5 best service, always clean, friendly like all coffee shops should be.
This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. I've been coming here for a very long time. Most of the baristas know me by first name, and I know them. The staff here are super friendly and always willing to be helpful and patient. The lines here used to be super long, but have since gotten more reasonable now that the other Starbucks opened in the ShopRite parking lot. I utilize the mobile order app and my drink is always ready when I get there (typically a 6 to 8 minute drive from my house.) I wish Starbucks had some way of acknowledging awesome locations because this one always outshines the others (though Derby & Orange are very close seconds.) The seating here is a little snug, but there's still enough space to sit and not feel too claustrophobic. The bathrooms and general counter space are also usually pretty clean as well. Highly recommended :)
Very friendly service. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. It is a small shop which makes it feel more like a small town coffee shop. Easily accessible from the Boston Post Road. Not inside the mall but separate on the outside.
