Just a great venue. Stage, dance floor, lighting is first rate. Well laid out, food & drinks are terrific, and the staff treats you first rate. Always look forward to going to Central Tavern.
Hearing that Lois was going to be at the Central Tavern
I was going to surprise my old friend Lois Greco When I managed her years ago she amazed me ! One of my bookings was to have her sing the National Anthem at the Finish line Of the Boston Marathon.For those of you who never heard Lois Greco Sing this you are in for a treat
Lois has a 4 and a half vocal range.Needless to say she wowed the crowd and sent shivers into the spines of the people at the finish line.
As for the Central Tavern I had a amazing Omelette at this cozy little place in my home town of Hyde Park. The chef came out (who is also the owner) and I told him that this was one of the best omelette I had ever had!! It was a piece of fine cuisine! The Bartender was very personable and fastidious and the Bloody Mary served by her was delicious to say the least! This place was very cozy and the patrons were quite enjoyable.The Central Tavern deserves a 5 star and is definitely is a hidden Gem !!

One of the BEST bars I’ve ever been to! Great staff, great environment, great food, and great music! Wish we lived closer so we could come all the time!

This wonderful, warm, & inviting place is an absolute must if you find yourself in Milford Massachusetts. I was fortunate to receive the recommendation from two close friends. The owner Michael is a kind, professional, & knowledgeable proprietor. The food is fresh, delicious, & served piping hot. The waitress I had could not have been more accommodating. The beer selection is great. I look forward to returning here again. To the owner, staff, & cooks, well done😀
We had a fantastic time. We had heard there was some renovations done since the new owners took over. The space is very spacious & clean. I loved the fun decore, ie: garage door to roll open & have a retro/cafe feel, the bathrooms & doors are a hoot!
We were there for a MHS Parents 4Music fund raiser. Dinner & Entertainment by Joe B's band. The Chicken Parm was delicious. Servers were very pleasant.
I’m somewhat of newcomer to new hands of central tavern and I really welcome the changes of the place in the few times I’ve been thus far. The owner Mike is such a great guy and give him such props for his hardworking staff and great management! … one night I was there a person in our party got a little winded let’s just say, I assured Mike and he really appreciated my care and looking out for establishment that he would not be drinking anymore for the night and that I would be driving him home sorry for the trouble but thanks for being so understanding Mike! Will be back many times to come
My wife and I stopped in here last night. Cool place w live music; nice vibe. You have great views of the stage from any vantage point in the place, and the sound was good (although the drum kit should have been mic'd). Great Bar. We'll be back!
