Had the broiled sea food platter, quite possibly the best scallops I've ever had. Was there once before had the shrimp po-boy, it was perfect.
We stopped in on our way home last fall to purchase scallops, flounder and cod. The quality and freshness were unparalled.
We promised to stop in to the restaurant the next time through. We were so pleased that we did. The Broiled Seafood Combo was melt in your mouth deliciousness the Crab cakes were amazing and had to be 99.9% fresh Crab meat. The sides were also first rate. The hostess was warm, friendly and welcoming and the waitress was very attentive to our needs as well.
Highly recommend this fine establishment to everyone.

Been here a few times. I had the salmon which was grilled perfectly! Their signature cream of crab soup was also delicious. It is a bit pricey but it’s well worth it for fresh seafood. My only issue was that I ordered one of their healthier-marked sides, the spinach with garlic. It was swimming in about 1/4 cup of butter. Even after draining it, it was still too greasy to eat. Other than that, the staff were very nice and helpful too!
I’ve been meaning to stop for a couple of years, so glad it finally worked out that I was hungry, they were open and not crowded, and I was in the right lane - it was a lovely lunch!
I had to do a little work on the somewhat bland Maryland crab soup, and I could have stood a lot less butter in the oyster stew. But they were both very good, and the broiled sea scallops were fabulous.
Service was very thoughtful and attentive - absolutely nothing to complain about here! I’ll definitely be back.
This is a classic seadood place. The seafood on display in the market area looks fresh and clean. No fishy smell! The food is delicious! We ordered the broiled seafood platter and the seafood was prepared well. I love scallops and rhese were sweet and soft. I tried carrot souffle for the first time and was happy with the choice. It had some carrot taste, but reminded me of sweet potatoes. It had a brown sugar and nuts mixed into it and I would choose it again for a side dish. I knew I liked their potato salad, perfect crunch of celery, and some light onion . The potatoes were cooked to be soft, but not mushy. We don't live in the area, or we would eat here every week. We drove an extra 2 hours out of our way to stop and eat here because it is so good.
We visited here on a Tuesday at about 4:40 pm. A Dozen "medium" crabs were $65. Even though it was kind of early, by my reckoning, for crabs. The dozen that we had were full enough and they were seasoned perfectly.
We were seated quickly, our orders taken, and even received a refill without needing to ask. The food was great as well as the service. We enjoyed the Gumbolaya, the stuff flounder, and stuffed salmon. Both visits here have been great.
Visited there on Mother's Day Sunday. Had a short 20 minute wait before being seated. The host was very warm and welcoming. Our server was the best. It is a family style restaurant. Small but, cozy, close seating. My meal was delicious, I had the char-broiled salmon over rice with coleslaw and spinach. I ENJOYED my meal and so did the other three in our party. If you're in the area, you should stop by, visit and eat.😋
Nothing wrong with this place but I thought everything was a solid good, nothing great. The cream of crab needed some salt and acid. Crab imperial was a bit one note. Carrot souffle was good, but needed some spice or something. Stewed tomatoes was one of my favorite things since it had natural acid.
Again nothing bad or wrong, and things were good. Just could be a bit better with a little more seasoning and acid perhaps.
Restaurant itself is cute! There's a cool old boat and truck outside you can look at. Service was good!
