So this place changed hands a year ago. What a great change. Food was great. Service was superior.
Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Wings were great and nothing was overpriced as is the case today with many places. My wife had the capri salad with shrimp. Nice portion and perfect presentation on the plate with shrimp. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed. Oh and the desserts are awesome. Fresh and creative.
Omg this restaurant The Little York. WOW! To start off the place is Super cute and a family restaurant. All the meals were spectacular and amazingly delicious. This restaurant is a must goto!!! Thank you so much Carly and Brian!!!! 🙂
Cutest little spot! Very friendly staff. Go on Sundays to visit Roslin the bartender. Rib eye is cooked to perfection, amazing rub. The locals are so nice too. :)
We had family dinner at The Little York, yesterday Mothers day eve. I had the stake cooked to perfection as requested. From the first bite to last it was the best stake I've had in many years of dinning out. Top shelf & over the top. Its a bit of a trip from home for us, but the quality of the meals is worthwhile & my family will be making this our favorite restaurant from now on.
I wholeheartedly advise anyone reading this not to hesitate having lunch or dinner at

The owners of this adorable old town restaurant have done a beautiful job with their renovations. The decor is beautiful and elegant.
When you go you need to plan to go early as they do not take reservations (personally I wish they did), and the restaurant is at full capacity within an hour after opening.
I have been going to the Little York for years when it was The Little York Tavern and now with it being The Little York. The new owners have blown the previous restaurant out of the water. The only thing that is the same is the wonderful delicious pizza.
They believe in fresh local food from farm to table. The steaks and hamburgers are not only fabulous, but so reasonably priced.
I recently had the short ribs that came with real homemade mashed potatoes that were creamy and delicious. The rib meat just fell off the bone and was so tender and flavorful and a beautiful presentation.
The menu and specials are always something a little different that is totally well worth price.
I almost hate giving this review because this has now become one of our favorite places to go and kind of want to keep this jem to myself.
All kidding aside, they are truly a beautiful and delicious addition to the tiny little hamlet of Little York, NJ.
The cutest place! Cozy, homey, impeccable service..the food is out of this world!!!!! Dined here with my boyfriend after trying to figure out where to go and I can’t wait to go back…the wings were awesome and the burger-best I’ve ever had!! The owner is so warm and welcoming, super funny and such an upbeat positive vibe! I believe it is family owned and they are all just so kind. Can’t wait to eat there again. I am pure foodie. I would give this little slice of foodie heaven 10 stars if I were able :) I hope you guys are able to read this…keep rockin it!!

Visited on a Saturday and everyone eas having a great time. It was busy, yet service was fast and friendly. Their wings with the Little York sauce were amazing, crispy, tangy, and spicy. Our entrees had generous portions and tasted great. Dessert was delicious. Definitely a go-to spot for us now.
